    I do not use Tap in an attempt to earn money. I enjoy a particular crossword puzzle that requires spending "coins" to progress to various levels. Completing Tap surveys is a way to get those coins. You complete a survey, you earn so many coins, the running total of earned coins appears in a block on the page. More often than not Tap never transfers those coins over to my puzzle page. They simply disappear after a day. I can't imagine why they consistently ***** me out of earned coins. They have absolutely on monetary value, it doesn't cost Tap a dime to give out earned coins.

    Hi *****, I'm sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. Our system never makes rewards (coins in this case) disappear after they were earned. Perhaps there is something awry with the app. Please submit support requests (if you haven't previously) when this happens and our team can issue additional rewards. We will also follow up and review the application integration to make sure nothing is technically wrong.
