      They refuse to tell me my due date or provide a statement. As a result theyve charged $126 in late fees. Not even sure the minimum amount I need to pay because they dont provide me with any information. This is a bad business practice

      OPORTUN IS VIOLATING MY RIGHTS WITH AN ACCOUNT REPORTING ON MY CREDIT REPORT 52130XX . VALIDATE THIS ACCOUNT PURSUANT TO USC 15 1681 AND USC 15 1692 UNFAIR PRACTICES YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO VALIDATE THIS ACCOUNT OR REMOVE IT FROM MY CREDIT REPORT ! Pursuant to 18 USC 8. I owe no debt. This company is violating my consumer right to privacy pursuant to 15 USC 168 1b 2. Also has No permission to report ANYTHING using my info pursuant to 15USC1681 4 Also Pursuant to 15 USC 1681S-2 (a) (1) (a) a A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.       Have a credit card with them. Has had zero balance for 2 months. Check every month that I have no bill. Go to use the card on May 26 to learn they closed my account because I hadnt used it in 2 months! Completely ridiculous. No notification, nothing!

      I am rejecting this response because:
        Who runs a credit card that cancels in 2 months because it has a zero balance and no charges made to it? Ever hear of people planning to use their credit or being responsible with money? You didnt notify me until AFTER I tried to use it to book a hotel and I had to contact you about the card being declined. You claimed it had already been closed FOR WEEKS! I had been logging into my account to verify there were no charges and no balance owed during this time  it was not dormant. Each time I logged in there was ZERO indication the card was closed. You issuing me a refund for my annual fee is ridiculous considering I PAYED TO HAVE THE ACCOUNT! Your business is shady and deceiving  it is only because you been caught and called out that you bother to actually take action. Too little too late. Youve messed with my credit rating because of this AND when I checked my credit report after my phone call to you where you informed me my account had been closed, IT SAID THE ACCOUNT WAS STILL OPEN AND WITH ZERO BALANCE! Lies and deceit. Stay away from this company!

      Per Massachusetts General Law - Part I, Title **, Chapter 140, Section 114C:I am to be notified of annual fees in writing statement prior. I never received notice, therefore due full refund of $49.00. At minimum, if account is closed during annual fee period, as was, at minimum, I'm due 2/3rd fee. I have received nothing. I've called customer service multiple times, described law and issue, without any representatives understanding or helping. This has been issue since December, and now it is almost June. Please help and refund as due by law. -Thank you

      Oportun bought Digit back in 2021 and has made it extremely difficult to get access to my account. The continue to take money for savings and there is no customer service for me to get into my account. I have called and I get the run around. I need to update my phone number and its basically impossible and they have my money that I need. Theres is no one to physically talk to that knows anything about the process. There is at least $100 in an account that they are refusing me access to

      The business stated they sent a check on 4/25 when I checked my account. It has now been about 3 weeks and I have not received any checks from them. I emailed asking where the check was they said they do not see proof of a check being cut and to send them the proof. I can not login and screenshot it. All I was able to do is screen shot the final amount I had in my account.
