      Thought I had cancelled my Oportun/digit rainy day account, but I kept getting money withdrawn out of my account. I contacted them to return the money in my "rainy" day account and they assured me I would have my money in 1-5 business days. I contact them and they say my account is closed and my bank is not linked. I told them its the only bank linked to this place, I have $1,796.70 saved in their and no access to it like they promised. Contact support stopped answering my emails and I cannot log in at all to my account dispite of what they told me to do.

      My Identity was stolen and used to open an unsecured personal loan from Oportun back in 2022. This was not discovered by me until June 2024 and immediately notified the credit bureaus and Oportun following the ***'s guidelines as well as filed a police report. I have filed reports with ******* and filed a dispute with ********. I have sent Oportun an ID Theft Affidavit twice and they continue to withhold information regarding information on this fraudulent account - which under federal law as a victim of ID Theft, I am legally entitled to. I need access to the information on this account that is in my name, to prove this is fraudulent. I have provided them with all relevant information to have this cleared from my credit but it still remains and the company will not contact me regarding the dispute.

      I started an account years ago when they were under a different name. I didnt know they continue to bill me after I stopped using the account, I didnt even know it was a subscription service. I dont even know what year I started the account all I know in 2019 I stopped using it.

      The reason I got Oportun is to help me keep track of exactly what I was saving for and how much, when I started to add funds in the different categories I didnt see it right away but then I waited a day or two until I finally saw it. I didnt see one of the 50$ in the account but it said the transaction happened, it felt fishy so I didnt wanna use the app anymore so I started to remove the money but not all of it was actually in my savings even tho it said the transactions happened. Then I noticed it started to take more money out that I didnt even approve of which is really disheartening
