      OMG, where do I start, currently 2nd time to call them today! **I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY 7/15/2022- Spoke to 6 representatives & 2 Supervisors, which toke the act of congress for these folks to be PROFESSIONAL. ( Please keep in mind this call center is in ***************, and everyone I spoke to was hard to understand over the phone) The reason for calling them is, I got a personal loan thru them, wasn't difficult but the rates weren't the best... as a single parent, I needed the fund since I was in a car accident. Due to my financial hardship, I needed to postpone payments DUE (7/15/2022 & 7/29/2022) 2 payments and restart payments by 8/12/2022 ( WHICH SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM, ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE PAID ALL BI-WEEKLY PAYMENTS ON TIME!) I got every excuse known to man on why this CAN'T HAPPEN. Makes no sense to me if this would be a common request. Now 7/18/2022 @12noon eastern time been on hold to speak to the supervisor FOR 1 HR. UNBELIEVABLE! Still, this issue hasn't been resolved and they just hung up on me. Now on hold by Tanique (asked her to spell her name) All of this is nonsense and should be very easy to postpone payments ahead of time, so my CREDIT SCORE DOESN'T GET JEOPARDIZED. Now on hold with a supervisor-******** ... here we go again. TERRIBLE LOAN COMPANY, AND AS A CONSUMER I SHOULD BEABLE TO PUT A REVIEW ABOUT THIS COMPANY ON *******

      This company is a joke I have tried to pay my payment online and on the phone and also with a representative with multiple different accounts and all they can tell me is that the payment is declined and to call the bank which I have and everything is good on my end so now I will get stuck with late fees something is going on with this company

      DON'T GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY. they tell you the interest rates and add it to your overall balance on your loan but every time I make a payment my balance increases. I got a loan for ****, so the balance was **** because the calculated interest added to the initial loan, all fine right? every other loan I got worked this way. well, until I made payments and I keep seeing my balance increase with oportun that is. I did the math and if I was to pay it all off right now I would have paid an additional 48 dollars. so I would be paying **** instead of ****. they didn't even show the additional 48 dollars anywhere in my statements! you have to do the math and see that the numbers on their page do not add up right in front of your eyes like you're an idiot lol.. be careful with these people. they will sneak you and add to your balance hoping you won't know.
