      For starters, this company has no customer service. After placing my order, I noticed the only way you can contact this company is through email and they tell you that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get back to you on your email. I placed my order, they charged my credit card, and here I am two months later without the product that I ordered nor have I even heard back from the company after leaving several emails. I advise please don’t do business with this company.

      If I could leave less than 1 star I would. They have no problem taking your money but are so behind on shipping that you may not ever get your product. On top of that, the owner, talks shit all over social media but he clearly cant run a business to save his life. Do not give this company your money. Zero response from customer service… terrible company

      Terrible experience. Purchased a Black Mamba Bag in December 2024. Broke within 60 days of use, and despite selling the equipment as under warranty, company has not responded to any of my many attempts to contact them.

      Absolute scam!!! Do not waste your money or time. They claimed the product would ship 2-3 days on the ad. I placed the order Jan 25th, I just received a package today. After 2 follow up emails regarding shipping updates, I was send a template email stating please allow a 2-3 week response time. They claimed everything is USA made, the package I received was a busted up box with a used unbranded cheap plastic base and nothing else. Not even the same one depicted on the ad pictures. The package had Chinese letters on the side. So clearly USA made bs. I have disputed the charge with my bank since reaching out to the company is useless.

      We are a youth non-profit amateur boxing club. Our club received a donation from a ******* ********** organization and we used those funds to purchase 2 Mamba Reflex bags from Grodex Inc. on Dec 5th. But we only received one bag. We have attempted numerous times by calls, emails and DMs to Grodex to resolve this issue but we have not received any response back and have been ignored. I know a lot of other youth boxing clubs are like us when it comes to finances (EVERY PENNY COUNTS). Putting this out there so other Boxing Clubs don't go through what we did. Save your money and time.
