      I purchased a product from Grodex's online store on March 30, 2024 for $278.00 CAD. On April 17, I received an email stating that they needed my phone number in order to get the item through customs. I provided it. In May, I was told my product had been shipped. In June, I was told that my item had not yet been shipped by that it would be soon. In August, I contacted them and they again asked for my phone number. I had to provide it another two times. I am still yet to receive my package and it has been over six months since I placed the order. I've had no communication from them since mid-August despite three attempts on my end to contact them.

      I have purchased multiple products from this business all of their products came back defective the company does not want to provide a solution I have contacted them various time through emails and direct messages on Instagram the owner is not respectful to customer and their money used they are unprofessional and selling a product that is defective to stay with peoples money I have been nothing but patient

      Purchased over $5000 in merchandise in early January and they never delivered. Sent multiple emails and they answer with same lies all the time: product not ready yet. Then few times they would say it has been shipped. You would ask for shipping info and they would ignore. I looked at info online and many people had the same exact issue. This is really a fraud.

      On the 9 of July I brought a product from this company called black mamba reflex bag. I recive the confirmation number which am going to provide and couple of days later I receive an email that said I was going to receive my package on the 17 of July which did not happened. Until this day I have two tracking numbers from two different companies both saying that they do not have possession of the package I contacted the company several times with no success. I tried calling but they do not provide a phone number

      I ordered an item from their website. After not hearing anything for several weeks, I reached out with no response until I threatened to contact my bank and issue a charge back. The item finally arrived and was broken. I emailed pictures of the broken item to the vendor as they wanted proof. 10 days and I have not heard anything from them. I believe they are a scam, and do not intend to refund my money or send me a working product of what I have ordered.

      A pre-order was placed on October 28th. Our card has been charged. The item was suppose to ship in March 2024. As of right now, we have not receive the order and no one will answer any of my emails. No one will return a call.

      This is a presale item which has begun shipping. Shipping updates will be provided and the item will be delivered by the end of the month. There are no reason for a BBB complaint. We are working on the item, updates are being sent soon along with tracking numbers. Our whole team is currently finishing the goods.

      Grodex Boxing is a complete joke. If you are reading this before you make an order, I highly suggest you DONT. Find any other company to buy and of your boxing needs from. Unless youre a famous boxer or influencer you will more than likely NOT get what you order. They have got my order wrong multiple times already, customer service is a joke and all the replies are rude. I am in the process of filing a bank dispute and will follow it with a CFPB report aswell. Just read the rest of these BBB complaints and its obvious what kind of business this is. Unfortunatly I read all of these after I already made an order which I will most likely never see.
