On April 18, 2024 My information was taken over the phone and scheduling was done to Detail my vehicle on April 25, 2024, and scheduling was changed a day before that there was an error with scheduling the right person to do the job and needed to re-schedule me for May 7, 2024. On this day no one showed up, so I called to cancel. I was informed it will take 7-10 business days for my refund. Now it is on the 11th day today and still no refund. I called into their customer service and spoke with an individual that put me on hold to check with their refund ****** 5 minutes later I was disconnected. I called back and was again transferred over to customer service and place on a very long hold 23:00 minutes, still no pick up on hold. It's like I am getting the run a round.Initial Complaint

Date: 4/9 I paid ****** for service to my vehicle, they then cancelled because their driver broke down I was fine with a refund and got my car serviced by someone else, after 10 days I called them for I did not receive my refund, they said there was an error with the processing so I waited another 7 days called back I have still not received a refund now every time I call and give my name I get hung up on I just want my money backInitial Complaint

So on the fifteenth of march I booked an appointment with all american mobile details. They agreed to be here on the 21st at 8:30 AM. I asked them how long the job would take and they said 2 hours or less. They did not show up at 8:30.So quarter after nine I called the company in ******* and they said they had an hour window. I explained to them at that time that no one told me that. I told them that the appointment was set for 830. So I asked her to refund my money several times and she finally hung up on me. I proceeded to call back and got a gentleman on the phone.And he said again that they had an hour window. I said I wasn't told that and by the way, it was past the hour window at the time I am calling. So I proceeded to ask him again for refund. He said he was not authorized to give me a refund. So I asked for management and he said that person is away from their desk. I'll have them call you when they get back. I said by away from their desk. Does that mean they're not here or that? They're simply stepped away for a moment. All he said. Was there a way from their desk over and over? Again. I reiterated that I wanted a refund. He said he would have them call me by end of day. But their policy was no refunds. I am thoroughly upset and feel as though I have been scammed by this company. And all I want is for them to refund my money.Initial Complaint

I paid full price for a mobile detail serivce. The business told me they typically reschedule if it's under 30 degress. Three days prior to my appointment I emailed the business to reschedule because the weather for the entire week was going to be below 10 degrees. They emailed back not wanting to reschedule. On the day of service, they messaged an hour after the two hour window to reschedule my appointment. I rescheduled the appointment to the following week. On the day of the appointment they called me 45 minutes after the window to tell me the person was still running 45 minutes behind. I told them due to their terrible communication I want to cancel and receive a refund. They ensured me I would receive an email confirmation of the refund. Three weeks later, 5 emails, four phone calls -- I still have no email confirmation and no refund. I see now this is a typical thing they do.Initial Complaint

I was supposed to receive a mobile detailing in ******* ********** on May 5th I never got a call letting me know that I was not going to be receiving my service or offered a rescheduling it took me to call and ask about it two months down the line they said are you willing to reschedule at that point I did not want to reschedule because I was very disappointed with the company's procedures I paid $254.17 I keep getting told that they're going to put this back on my card then I get told they're going to send me a check I just keep getting told all kinds of different things I keep getting put off they keep saying they're going to expedite my request I've talked to a number of people at the business but never can reach a manager I would like a refund I am very low income this was supposed to be a birthday gift and never was received I would appreciate any help I could get in resolving this issue and getting a full refund thank sincerely *******************Initial Complaint

I paid to have All American detailing around $280.00 for their service and never got the service no one showed up to my home. I called several times and they stated someone will call me and I have not got a call back from the company. When I call for a refund several times I got hung up on and other times I was told I have to wait for an approval for a refund when I got no service for my money. Hello, I called ******* Mobile Detailer on April 22nd 2023 and scheduled 2 cars to get detailed on May 4th and May 5th of 2023. The total charge of the detail was $491.69. They were supposed to come out to my house to detail both my vehicles on those 2 days. On the morning of May 4th no detailer showed up. It was a no call no show. I called after the detailer missed the first appointment. The customer service representative told me they would be out on the 5th to do one of our cars. On the 5th, we had another no call no show from the detailer. I had to call them to see what happened. The customer service representative admitted to their staffs no call no show. At that time I was frustrated due to taking time off work and the employees no call no show. I called to have them issue a refund, the representative told me it would take 5-7 business days. I have called and emailed them and I get no response. It has been over 7 business days and I have not received a refund. Hopefully the BBB can help.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to get a refund from this company for over a year now since may of 2022. I have called and emailed they refuse to refund me. They never provided service but took $214 from me. I filed a complaint before but they told the bbb that they would be happy to give me a refund if I reached out again. I did call and email again multiple times but no one has helped me. They say that they don't have the authority to give me a refund abd cannot put me through to someone who can. They gave me an email that doesn't work and refuse to refund me.
