    My experience was horrible with their service. When first booking the appointment they assured me after one detail, they would win my business for other boats and cars. They took a credit card to book the appointment. First mistake. A reputable company would take it maybe on the day of the appointment or after the service. They never showed up to appointment. They rescheduled for a week later. 20 minutes past that appointment time, I called to find out if they were coming. I was transferred multiple times and was on hold for 45 minutes. I hung up. A half our later I got a call from them asking how my experience with their detailer was. I said he never showed up for the second time. They asked to reschedule again but I declined. And on top of that, they charged my credit card $596.00 and I then had the aggravation of having my credit card company put in a fraud claim because they never did the service.

    Scheduled a service paid the money up front and the day of the service nobody showed up. Called customer service and canceled my appointment. I asked for a full refund and they said they put me in for the refund. I was also told I would receive an email and text that my appointment was canceled and a refund was approved. I did not receive a text or an email. I believe this company is scamming people out of money. I will be hiring a lawyer if I don't receive my refund in seven to ten business days.

    Paid this company (in advance) to detail (wash and wax) my RV. Sent what appeared to be a teenager to do the job. Was told is would take 3 to 4 hours. *** brought his girlfriend with him. Took 7+ hours and only did a fraction of what we paid for. Called this company to rectify this situation. They told us to email pictures and a description of what happened but its a week later and nothing has happened. Total rip off.

    Made a reservation, got charged $243 for an interior detail. Technician sent what seemed to be an automated text informing me they were on the way almost two hours late. The technician never showed up or communicated with me. I asked the company to refund me my money, and was rudely hung up on. This is most likely a scam.

    This company are scammers and thieves. On 23 August I paid $332.00 for a mobile detailing service on my boat. On 24 August I changed my mind after reading numerous online negative reviews of this company. They repeatedly have customers pay upfront for detailing services but do not actually perform the job. They always have a reason why their employee didn't show up. They said I never paid for the service but the money was withdrawn from my account. They are liars and thieves and need to be locked up.
