    STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! Engaging with Wastvedt Accounting Firm was a disappointing, frustrating, and infuriating experience.I was frustrated by the disregard for my needs when Wastvedt delayed the processing/filing of my 2022 taxes. ******* Wastvedts dismissive attitude towards my return, deeming it insignificant, was unprofessional. I was hit with an unexpected $175 charge for the delivery of documents past a March 15th deadline. The deadline and fee were NEVER disclosed upfront - a total lack of transparency. A way to get more money - unethical, unfair, disregard for customer satisfaction.This year, charges significantly increased. I was also billed twice for the same services rendered. This indicates incompetence and lack of integrity. When mentioned, their response was dismissive. Poor communication. Matters were left unaddressed, tossed around. I never knew who handled what. Emails bounced around before landing in the right hands. I was charged per minute so I was cautious.Wastvedt falsely claimed they sent a document regarding extension payment and reported it paid to the **** I never received it, resulting in a reduction in tax return. They referred to this as insignificant.Bookkeeping services were quoted one price - charged twice the amount. Lack of transparency, misrepresentation, doubts of ethical conduct. The discrepancies in my financial records /reports has questioning the accuracy/reliability of their work. This firm went against my clear instructions regarding my tax refund preferences. They tried to backpedal by downplaying the amount of the refund. They referenced my personal financial choices - inappropriate/invasive. ******* Wastvedt was extremely unprofessional during our recent interactions. He was demeaning and off-putting regarding my business. He was condescending, disrespectful, and lacked courtesy. Wastvedt lacks integrity and respect for their clients. Do NOT entrust your financial matters to this firm!
