I parked my ****** Prius at ************************ location September 19 to September 29 2024. I entered the lot and parked in a designated short term area, leaving the keys with the business as required so they could park it for the length of the stay. Upon return, they drove the car back to the short term parking area within their lot and returned the keys. I paid onsite and before leaving, examined my vehicle and saw a large dent in the rear passenger door. I alerted the staff who provided me with a form to fill out my information and so they could do an internal review. On Oct. 1 I received an email from Luanni *****, General Manager at ********************************* that said, " Your claim and information have been submitted to the legal team that handles our claims on 10/1/24. As your claim was submitted today, please allow them 3 days to process it and reach out to you with more information." On Oct. 2 ***** **** from the legal team Linda ************************** sent an email that said, "Our office represents ************** regarding the incident in question that occurred on September 28, 2024. Our client has accepted liability. Attached are instructions on how to proceed with your claim." Beginning in October of 2024 I followed all the instructions to complete my claim which included sending copies of my license, registration, insurance and going to two separate collision repair facilities to get two different quotes for the repair, including images. By October 29 I had submitted all the requested documentation and quotes and followed up with ***** **** for next steps. He replied on Nov 14 and transferred me to colleague ****** ******, for updates. On Nov. 15 ****** sent an email that said, "Attached is the estimate review for your above reference file. Reference file / Claim # FAP24-48. Please confirm your mailing address for check to be issued." I confirmed my mailing address and have followed up in Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb as no check was issued. Only delay tactics.

My car was hit at the end of May this year by a car rental company car. I decided to go through their insurance because mine required a deposit of 500$ and did not guarantee that I would get it back and I didnt have that at the time. I couldnt get all the paperwork in till August, but when I submitted the paperwork, I was told that it would take 5-10 business days to receive my file number. Its been about 16 business days and roughly 21 days since the claim agent responded to me. I called my insurance company, and they just said I could reopen the claim and pay them and maybe get it back or just continue to be ignored. If you have any advice, that would be great

I was in a car accident in April 2022. There is a police report that clearly states it was the other party's fault. The other party drove into the back of my car. They were driving a rental car (rented by Dirt Cheap Car Rental). The rental company directed me to their claims company (Linda King). Every interaction with ********************* at Linda King is absolutely disrespectful. She hardly ever returns phone calls or emails. I have reached out so many times trying to move this claim along. I have provided all information necessary that she has requested for the claim. I have not heard back from her, and every time I call the Linda King ****** they are not helpful and incredibly rude. It has now been 6 weeks since I sent all of my information to her about the accident, and I have still not heard any updates on this claim. This company is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful in every interaction and I have the correspondence to support it.

    Hello ******,

In response to the below complaint

(below you will see our interaction)  the issue is there is another party involved.  ***************************** is one of the parties involved however we must wait by ********** law for all parties to present their damages before anything can be done.

It was explained to ********************** many times.  It was even suggested for her to go through her own insurance and once resolved we will reimburses her insurance company the prorated amount.

We simply cannot change ********** law therefore unfortunately she must wait if she decides to go through us.

    Thank you
