I think this company should be investigated for gross negligence, and to see if they are even qualified/certified to handle "insurance claims."I was hit by a rental car from Car Rental Caf. The driver and I were in agreement that they were at fault, and he even said "don't worry about it, I got the full coverage," which ended up meaning absolutely nothing.I unfortunately had to deal with ***** ****, whom I see others had a terrible experience with as well. Long story short, he tried to drag out the process and had me spinning my wheels talking to some random insurance company in ***** that said they didn't work with Car Rental Caf. ***** was super unresponsive and asked for documents multiple times that I'd already sent him. Luckily, I have a close friend that's a lawyer for a reputable local firm. He said he'd heard of *** and said they try to drag things out so long in an attempt to either annoy you to the point of dropping the case, or reaching the end of the statute of limitations. My ***** said he'd represent me pro **** if it came to it, and once I finally threatened legal action to ***, they paid me out, over a year and a half later. The amount didn't cover the repair, and no rental car was offered for my car being out of commission during the repair. The ****** I guess I learned was 'don't get hit by a rental car'?

On 11/06/23, my daughter was hit by a driver (at fault) in a rental car. It's been 6 months and the case is still pending. My daughter has submitted all documentation and photos as requested. After 4 months, my daughter was told that her 1st case agent is no longer employed with Linda King. So another agent resumed the case. My daugther was told by the 2nd case agent that her case has to start over again from the begining. (WTH?) My daughter waited 4 months and the 2nd case agent now wants my daughter to resubmit photos and all documentation pertaining to the accident. We are talking about a $1,200-$1,500 dent. They are terrible at answering and returning phone calls and emails. If you want to avoid stress and headaches, I strongly encourage you to avoid this company at all cost.
