    On Saturday, April 27, 2024 at approximately 12:30pm, I called Solo Appliance Repair in an emergency after the water valve on my dishwasher broke and my kitchen was flooding. The person who came was very nice and spent an hour working on the dishwasher, but he said I would need a valve replacement for $356. I agreed, but he said he'd need to order one and would need upfront payment of $250. I paid that on my Chase Credit Card. He took the payment using a phone app. He said to call dispatch on Tuesday to get a status update. I never received a receipt. When I called later that day, the lady on dispatch said her manager would send me one digitally on Monday morning. The receipt was never mailed to **** called Solo Repair on Tuesday, April 30 and Solo has no record of work done at my house.

    Solo appliance came out and charged 590 for a repair, unfortunately they did not repair the item and when they came back out we were told the previous tech should not have attempted to repair the washer as it is not repairable and need to be replaced. We would like a refund for the unnecessary repairs charged . we have contacted the company numerous time over the last few weeks, speaking to ******* or *****. Both have refused to give an address of the business, REFUSED to share their business license, refused to share manager contact info and we have not received a call back from anyone. They are blatantly ignoring the issue and sadly their reviews show they have a history of this type of negligence.
