****** WAS VERY THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING EACH STEP TO ASSURE i UNDERSTOOD TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY, SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COMPASSIONATE WHICH WENT A LONG WAY IN RELIEVING SOME OF MY ANXIETY. SO FAR I AM HAPPY WITH THE SUPPORT I HAVE RECEIVED.
