    I had been with another debt reduction program for a little over a year and was not pleased with the lack of action on my account. So, I contacted Pacific and spoke with ****** C. He explained everything to me and allowed me to ask questions. He explained the differences between this program and my previous program. I asked him to allow me overnight to think about everything and make a decision. After going over the information provided, I did make the decision. I don't think I would have changed programs if not for the information that ****** provided. And he answered every question I had. I'm now signed up and happy with my decision.
