    From start to finish, the process of installing our new shower enclosure was seamless. Every person we worked with, from the sales representative to our installer Chuy and office staff, were professional, courteous and displayed the highest level of integrity. What we were told would happen happened with no surprises, in the time we were told it would happen, with the highest quality of workmanship and attention to detail.Our home is a mid-century modern home constructed in 1953. Chuy made sure the enclosure wall was cut to perfectly match the slope of the ceiling. We chose and Chuy assured proper proper placement of grab bars, seat mounting and the placement of our secondary shower head wall holder. The entire process was extremely positive. I cannot think of even one element of the process that could have been improved. We are extremely happy with our new *********** shower!

    Stop looking for another company to renovate your shower. Shugarman's Bath is the best company out there. Chuy and *** *. did an amazing job renovating my shower. Their work ethic exceeded my expectations! Thank you Shugarman's Bath!

    From our initial sales consultation until the installation, we couldn't be happier with the overall experience! Chreen and ********* *. were just great when it came to the initial arrival to completion. Chreen is or was a trainer and though ********* was on his 2 job or day, i knew that having an experienced tech like her would benefit the job overall. There's no way an experience trainer, would show any bad habits or shortcuts to a new employee and she definitely made it was a great experience. For someone who was in the field for 28 years, I can appreciate the fact that the workmanship and quality was their main focus. Kudos to both of them.We were replacing a one piece mid 80s tub shower and the result was outstanding. So glad we made the decision to upgrade our shower and look forward to many years of use from it. It looks so good that there's no need to put a shower curtain to hide it from guests, as it's a beautiful shower and so glad we pulled the trigger. If you're in the market for an upgrade, don't hesitate to call Shugarmans, and hopefully you'd be lucky to get a Chreen as your lead installer.

    Working with this company has been a great experience.From their friendly Consultant, to their admin team, to our installers everyone was responsive, punctual, and absolutely respectful of our time and home. We are so happy with our new tub it has elevated my self care experience. Chuy took great care to be respectful while my husband and I both worked from home. The work was clean and efficient. The best part is we didn't have to lift a finger.

    I had my bath installed in April! Chuy did a fantastic job. We had a huge earthquake that day and guys even checked to make sure everone in the house was safe. It was overall a good experience. Even when mistake made by sales department they fixed it promptly. Thank you for overall good experience.
