    I had a full shower install on 2021 and had a slight problem with the doors. Called and got the technician *** to come and fix the problem. He was very professional and courteous and let me know everything he did to fix the problem. Great customer service!

    We love our new shower by Shugarmans Bath. They were a pleasure to work with from setting the appointment with a designer all the way through installation. Would highly recommend Shugarmans **** to anyone looking for a new shower or bath

    I contracted Shugarman's Bath to update one of my walk-in showers and they did an incredible job! The whole process was seamless from the initial visit to the post installation walk-through. From my first visit, I felt extremely confident in this family owned business and while everyone was very friendly and quite knowledgeable, I was so impressed with ******! They provided exact details on cost, timelines and there was never any uncertainty on the project. After that bathroom was completed, I knew without hesitation that I would contract them to do my other bathrooms.

    We spent a long time looking for a contractor to remodel our shower. We are so glad we found Shugarman's Bath. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We are very happy with their quality of work, attention to detail, and also impressed by their professionalism. We loved working with Shugarmans Bath so much that we are already in the process of getting our other shower done!!! The installer was amazing! She answered all our questions and she maintained cleanliness throughout the entire process. They exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend Shugarmans Bath to everyone.

    Chreen was our installer back in 2021 and she was awesome! Her work was flawless, she was able to accommodate some fairly significant last minute customizations, she came prepared and on time and stayed late to get the job done. Several problems they couldn't have predicted came up and they took it in stride, worked together and quickly found solutions. She was very respectful of our home and left our home cleaner than it was when she arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and have no desire to try my luck elsewhere. They even provided contacts for subcontractors they recommend to tackle the rest of the bathroom. Every part of this process was handled with efficiency and care, I can't recommend them enough!

    My name is ***************, I gave a deposit them a large deposit and stated that it was be easy to finish my remodel. I found out that I should have only gave them $1000.00 each per bathroom. I am disabled and suffered a stoke. *******************, stated it would be an easy process but it was not easy to even find someone to finish the job. So when I cancelled the job before anything was done. ******************* stated that they would keep 30% of my deposit. I sent them my cancellation notice and received an email from *************************** stated that I was wrong I did not give an over deposit and that they would only give me back $3000.00. He stated the $2000.00 was deposit for both baths and that $7930.00, was for materials. I never received them nor do I have them in my home. When did a remolded my kitchen they ask for money once the did the tear down and then when they installed some materials another payment and then a final payment when completed. I feel cheated and will never recommend Shugarman's Bath. Again no work was done, just gave them my money!**************

    ******,We are very disappointed that you did not have the experience that we hope all of our customers have. Unfortunately, a line has to be drawn somewhere with a contract. We first came out to visit you in January of 2022 (over a year ago). You were not ready to move forward, which is perfectly okay. In that original meeting over a year ago, we actually helped coordinate a different contractor to visit you to help you figure out the rest of the work. We did this for free as we know it is something many customers want. We are sorry that we do not offer this service, but we are very clear we do not do it and we even try to bridge that gap whenever possible.We then came back out to you March 1st of this year, and you decided to move forward. Of the large amount we took for the contract, the deposit was $2000 of it. The rest was for a progress payment that goes towards all the work going on in the background to get your project going. This includes a very careful review of the contract to ensure the specifications are correct, working with you to make necessary changes on March 14, ordering your materials, getting them shipped, unloading, storing them in our warehouse, and keeping you informed along the way. To do this well, it takes good people that take great care of the handling of your job. Unfortunately, your decision to cancel came almost 2 months after you signed your contract, after most of the work had been done and we had received and checked in all of your custom materials (except 1 shower pan, which we were still waiting on). We were nearly ready to schedule the last step, the installation.We are just too deep into the project being 2 months in that giving a full refund of your progress payment would be warranted. Especially since after the 2 week **** we made changes that you signed off on, which indicate you were still committed at that point. Contracts are important in home improvements to protect both the customer and the contractor. If we flipped the script, and after 2 months decided not to do you project, and instead just refund your money, that would not be fair to you.In regards to the refund, we felt that $3,000 was a big chunk of the progress payment we would give back and was a very strong resolution. We are very disappointed that you do not feel the same. We would have been more than happy to schedule the installation and finish the job. That is what we would have preferred to do. We will of course take this feedback and see how we can continue to improve every customers experience. We wish you the best of luck with whomever you choose for your remodels.
