    Ive been for months as well as calling the store directly asking for them to stop charging me monthly fees. I have had a truck for the past year and on file they have been charging me for a ****** I had gotten rid of an over a year ago.

    Genie car wash on Carmel ****** Ive been washing my car there even before theses owners took over for convenience and water shortage! Through out the years theyve ruin-in the paint job ! Im not one to speak up or complain! However since they took ownership they have very poor people skills ! Im so embrass for other paying customers and the swear words that comes out of there mouth! Yesterday I had an incident on there self service machine it took my credit card and automatically charge me$20.00 when I wanted a $12.00 wash! I could not find anyone in self service so I had to get out of my car to resolve this money matter! Without going into detail I fell and took a slide across there driveway I struggle to get up and there were 5 or 6 workers standing side by side watching me trying to get up off the cement floor! Not one guy would reach out to help me! Im 71 years old this happen on 10/12/2023 I took pictures of how I fell and why I fell! Boy did they cover that up quickly! My email .com thank you for your time! Theses people that own the car wash have horrible temperatures ! And Im afraid that something really bad is gonna happen thats why Im speaking up!! There attitudes sucks!
