This business is very unorganized and unprofessional; the learning materials that are used often are more than 5-6 years old and outdated. The staff is unprofessional, the VA ********** was supposed to get verification of my enrollment on 04/22 and did not receive it until 05/15 despite it being a 2 business day process. Professors are unorganized, I had to go to my advisor to ensure I was never paired with a professor again; because, he refused to unlock the course unless I met with him and from the first week he didn't have availability until 4 weeks into the course. After complaining, sending documentation, and emails between me and the professor; the school sided with the professor despite the irrefutable evidence against the professor. I was forced to either accept an F or take more classes to bring my gpa back above a 3.0 so I can at least transfer. I originally enrolled in North-central and they were great; but when National University took over it has gone down hill and the standards for the workers are nonexistent. NEVER ENROLL HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY!!!

I was automatically withdrawn from the university due a financial aid system error. I was supposed to list it as Northcentral university on my FAFSA. I was placed in the returning student program. I waited for Three months. My advisor for re-entry was *********************. She rarely communicated with me and was almost never available. I called each week and could never get a straight response for any of the other re-entry team advisors. I was told there was a backlog and that they really had no idea when I would be starting classes. It seemed like they really didn't have it together and that there was a lot of disorganization. I am choosing to pursue my degree somewhere else. For the price the customer service was absolutely terrible.

This school was the biggest scam! I started with this school because of its promise of flexibility and fast track to my BSN. In the end they cost me so much time and money and I ended up completing my degree with a different university. Online and in person classes had little to no support. I completed courses and then they would change the curriculum so the classes I took were obsolete and new classes were added to obtain my degree. This was hands down the worst educational experience I have experienced.

Due to privacy regulations, we cannot release students information in a public forum. However, we can provide information on the basic requirements for admission to the *** program at NU. All candidates must complete certain prerequisite courses not part of the *** program but necessary to demonstrate their ability to understand essential math and science concepts. It is important to note that completing these prerequisites at NU does not guarantee automatic acceptance into the *** program. Candidates must still meet the minimum scores/requirements in their TEAS and the Math and Science courses. If students fail on their first attempt, they can improve their Math and Science skills and reapply to the program.

Im really starting to hate this school. Im think about transferring. I have currently lost my health insurance and job due to the negligence of this school. I have literally been trying to get answers about the credential program and how the service provider works and no one has any answers. Theyre saying **** days TO ANSWER A QUESTION!! This is ridiculous. But its okay, because they still have their jobs and health insurance.

I gave four stars because the only issue Ive had has been how expensive this college is. I have currently been attending National University for four months and everything has been a pleasant experience. I had some complication with admissions, and I did get a few different answers. But I eventually spoke to the right person, and everything was cleared away. I do think their staff needs to be trained better, I received a different answer to a very important question two different times. I do have the transfer to a college in my state due to how expensive National University is. I receive the most possible financial aid and I still owe $289, I don't know how that happened. Maybe because of the lack of grants and scholarships because I don't live in **********. I am hoping to find a school in my state that offers 4 week terms like NCU. Four week terms are the easiest way to go through college, in my opinion. As far as the professors, every professior Ive experienced with have been pleasant. I honestly wish I could stay at National University, but there is no way. I was hoping to use some of my financial aid for some of my indirect coa, and that's just not possible. NCU should offer better more scholarships

Don't go here. They are unorganized and predators!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone is incompetent except for a few professors. I withdrew from the school and requested a final detailed bill back in March. I had been waiting for a response besides the one stating that my withdrawal had been approved. Um you have no say in whether or not I attend. Then I get a letter today stating that my bill is now past due and will be going to collections and to give the debt collectors 10 days. Yeah right. I getting an attorney. These people are a joke and have harassed me every which way with these type of letters. When you ask for clarification on charges or why you would have statements showing your in default for months you already paid I was told that it is MY responsibility to notify the collections department of the financial departments job. I had an administrator on the line when I was told this and she had the ******** repeat herself because it sounded so irrational. Save yourself the headache go to a different school. This one is terrible. Plus the nurses that come out of here aren't that well trained. I've met many on the job. No thanks.

Last year, I applied to National University to get my Bachelors in ************************** I have been attending for about a year, with the last 4 months being focused on ECE courses. A month ago, I recieved an email from credentials stating that I needed to pass a ********** background check to take ECE courses. I had already taken three courses at this point and was confused on why I was just then being informed about this. They blocked my advisor from adding further classes until it was resolved. The problem with this is, I live in ****** and cannot get a ********** background check done without more information from credentials. I attempted to contacted them at least three times and never recieved a response. During this time, my advisor was switched (this is the 4th advisor I have had). I emailed the new advisor informing her of the issue and set up a call. During the call, she informed me that because I am an ****** Resident, I actually cannot be in the ************************* program. Meaning, I have spent the past 4 months taking courses for a degree I could not even get.
