In 2010 we used Preman Roofing to change the entire roof in our house. We noticed some leakage problem in the master bedroom ceiling around 2017. They came to "fix" it but did not fix the problem. It has reoccurred every couple of years, meaning they really don't fix the problem. However, it is hard to tell at the moment because by the time they come to do the repair, we have to wait for another rain season. They came back in 2019 and in 2023. I understand the warranty may be expired now but a roof should not have to be fixed every 2-3 years. I have scrapped the molded popcorn ceiling hoping not to get sick from it but it keeps growing. I'm very concerned that's the cause of my current breathing problems. I'm requesting Preman roofing to fix the problem free of charge.

We take all customer feedback seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address a clients concern, and since their comment posted we have already contacted the client & worked towards resolving the issue. In reviewing our records, we note that our team previously attempted to address the issue recently in 2023. However, on our last visit this May 2024, our technician went through our rigorous leak detection testing and did not yield any positive results - the mold that is forming is not a result of issues with the roof. The conclusion of our visit was that this leak does not originate from any issues caused by the roof, and to investigate other potential origins. Should a clients roof be in question, without a doubt we will happily assess the integrity of a roof we installed.

****** Roofing installed a TPO (insustrial grade-pond liner) roof with a 20 year guarantee. ******** brochure did the ******************, Charger Stadium, etc. I called ********************* from Mansville, the manufacturer, because the roof starting leaking after only nine years. ****** stated A Preman Roofing would contact me to SCHEDULE an appointment. On February 9th, 2023 a roofer from A-Preman informs he was up on my roof without my authorization. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL! I called **************** and A Preman to voice my concern. I don't want anyone up on my roof without my consent. No ac units, satelite dishes, or cables are permitted on my roof. I scheduled an appointment on Feb.20th for A-Preman to inspect the authorized and designated area. I went up with them on the roof. I have a video and pictures during the rain when it leaks. And it doesn't always leak depending on the wind, strength of rain, etc. They didn't do a water test(using actual water). I then get a bill for $650.00, and **************** tells me after the fact that if they can't find a leak I'm going to get charged, but not before the inspection. Some guarantee! Now the roof is leaking apartments #**, 12, and 13. I don't know what that initial roofer did up there without my Authorization. It wasn't leaking before. I have elderly, children, and section 8 tenants. I told ****************** that I didn't authorize any employee from his company to get on my roof without my Authorization.

Preman Roofing did not install this roof as stated by the customer. ******************************************* was requested and received a work order from the material manufacturer for that roof leak. We are a third party that was called in to repair a leak. The warranty company specifies that if the leak is not a result of the warranty the owner is responsible for payment. The Customer called the warranty company for us to go out. Customer is responsible for payment. Seems like the customer is complaining about the wrong party. Maybe they should question the original roofing company that put the roof on or they should be clear on the specifications with the manufacturer warranty division before reporting a roof leak and sending out a company that clearly will charge if not covered under warranty. Also, We were not aware that ****** Roofing installed their roof. They are still in business and should call the Roofing company that installed their roof for leak repair issues. This was not something that we were informed of when being sent out. We do not usually like to touch roofs that are still under warranty from other companies as this voids their warranty. I wonder if they found this out after the fact and that is why they are now claiming they did not want anyone on the roof without their consent. They consented when they called the warranty company to send us out.
