    2-14-24 I signed Proposal to fix a leak on my garage. 2-16-24. Two employees of Preman came to repair the leak, which they said was from an exterior support beam. It rained a few days after, and the roof still leaked from the same spot. I called 2-22 -24 to inform them of this, and asked when they would come back to fix the problem. They sent me bill for $650. and i called again to state that the garage roof still leaked. We have an email thread starting 2-21-24 and ending on 3-26-24 where i kept asking for someone to call me, email me, text me regarding the problem. Nothing. No contact. I then asked my son to contact them for me as i'm 84 and was getting very worried about this situation, They did not respond to him as well. We have used this ompany for many many years, never had any problems. Not only do they do work here at my home, but also 3 rental houses. We told them we would not pay $650. for work that did not fix the problem, and that we were going to ask them to take the charge off their books. Also stated that we were never going to use their company again. They had the nerve to send me another bill 5-2-24.
