5 starsBeyond Finance has a simple plan. You decide how much Credit Card and Personal loan Debt you need to get rid of, and they give you a low,low monthy payment. Mine was at least 50% of what we were paying credit card and personal loads each month. They work with your creditors to lower the amount you owe so it doesn't take long to pay them off. You can check out what Beyond is doing at any time with your mobile app account or I use the personal Computer app which is great or use both, It's easy and everyone is so friendly and working hard for us, also we were worried about creditors emails and phone calls, we had a few emails (you don't answer) very few phone calls-they give you a hotline# to call and I'v never had to use it, so it's easy, check them out.Review fromJOSEPH B

5 starsThe kind of customer service I received from the ********************** counselor was exceptionally professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. The Agent took the time to explain how the agency works and how the process unfolds. Reaching out to agencies for help is particularly stressful to me because other agencies are mainly focused on selling you something. But that was not at all what I experienced with the Beyond agent. ******* was committed to finding a way to help me. That was yesterday and today, I received my first confirmation notice. I would leave zero stars if possible. They don't tell you that while they "negotiate" your debt it is constantly increasing due to late fees. The ** that I enrolled in ended up over doubling by the time a settlement was reached. The settlement amount was no savings from the original amount and I will have paid much more after the Beyond Finance fees. So I am basically paying more than what I owed and destroyed my credit in the process.I was also served papers from the ** company and received no assistance from Beyond Finance or their legal team.
