      I enrolled with their service and received an offer for resolution fairly quickly. 3/4 of the resolution was supposed to be paid to the creditor. I cant verify this. I lost my ability to pay and the resolution, months later I decide to cancel because my financial position has not improved, I expect to receive the money remaining in my account back but no, all of a sudden everything in my account was taken as fees. For an incomplete resolution and no current accepted resolution. Beware of this predatory business
