      I just started with Beyond and so far everything is going well. Whenever I call about any problems or worries they assure me that progress is coming along. However, I do hope in the future that Beyond can create a better way for their clients to handle calls from creditor, it's frustrating to continue receiving creditors calls.

      I was on my last payment for the program. My husbands company moved us out of state, once my new bank account was established I updated my account with Beyond. Unfortunately it was 3 days before the autopay would be withdrawn, which wasn't enough time to make the autopay happen. I called Beyond once I noticed the autopay didn't happen, the agent told me they would put a ticket out for this because they were getting an error message and couldn't figure out why. 3 days later I called again, they said they would attempt the autopay the following week, I wasn't happy, but agreed. The following week-no auto pay, called again, said they would put another ticket in. No result again !! the next phone call I made was with anxiety in my voice, because I was aggravated, wanted my program settled and I explained this to ******, she told me she would put a ticket in and follow up to be sure it happened, guess what? she did it ! she followed through with getting the autopay satisfied, and she called me to let me know it was handled. I want to take a moment to let Beyond Finance know how fortunate they are to have a rep like ******, it's hard to find good help these days ! she is a star employee in my eyes and should be rewarded !!

      Beyond finance I do not RECOMMEND to no one !!!!! Your sales person ***** was the most untrustworthy Sales employee for your business!!!!!!!!!! And I spoke also to Ramons helper and few associates that have compromised with lies! Dont do it like this just hang on to the right business people at the right time, this is of many bad wolves in business! Beyond fianc you also did not refund me all my money , shame on you but you are on the spotlight of bad business!!!!
