      Very responsive and customer focused! I submitted a request online and received a call within a few minutes! I was able to schedule immediately. The team kept me well informed via text and phone calls. And a human answers the phone which never happens anymore! The technician was detail oriented and knowledgeable. He gave us several options to solve our problem and ensured we understood what we involved along with costs. This company is exceptional and Id highly recommend their services

      We had United replace a charred electrical outlet. From the person who answered the phone to the on-site electrician, ******, they could not have been nicer or more professional. The electrician was considerate, efficient, and reassuring. United rightfully inspires confidence, and we highly recommend them.
