      Midland Credit Management (MCM) has contacted me regarding a debt/account that was not originally theirs. I was not notified of any transfer or sale of the debt to MCM by the original creditor, and MCM has not provided proper documentation or validation of the debt.
      Despite my request for more information, they continue to call me regarding this account. I have reason to believe this may be a case of incorrect or incomplete transfer of debt, and I do not recognize MCM as a valid collector for this particular account.

      I called in to ask about this debit and asked if I could do a settlement and they did but somehow after I accepted it, it disappeared and doesn't show it on the website it's a good thing I was smart enough to take screen shots. I set up two payments to pay the settlement offer and it should have reflected the acceptance and offer and it doesn't not. Everything I speak to someone they tell me that it will update in a few days. I'm so tired of this when it clearly says that it should show on their website within 1 to 2 business days and it's almost 7. I keep supposedly talking to managers and supervisors and they keep saying the same thing I stated above only for the website not to reflect it. It was showing I still owed the full debt until I said something and then magically it appeared saying the actual balance after what I paid, however still doesn't show the offer or the acceptance.
