      I was checking my credit report for a different matter and found this company on it. I did not recognize it so I ******* the company. I got to their website and looked to see if I had any accounts with ****************** and I do. I spoke to a man named ****** via chat to ask if the accounts can be combined and I just make one payment. Wasn't able to do that but then he mentioned that all of the accounts are about to be turned over to an attorney. I asked which ones can wait until June and he gave me the account I needed to do now and the rest can wait. He was very nice and helpful. Will get these accounts taken care of because of his customer service.

      I am someone who isnt one to normally complain about a company but here i am. Being someone with financially hardship i set up a payment plan to get rid of my debt via Midland Credit Management. Now that my pay cycle has changed, I needed to adjust the date of my scheduled payment. Instead of being able to, the customer service representative told me i had a tag on my account and they couldnt adjust my pay cycle! Worst experience ever especially as someone who has to budget for payments and now cant even change the date of billing so make ends meet

      Im the kind of person who hates talking on the phone so I have been avoiding the calls for a very long time. I decided to do the chat option and they understood right away and made the entire process very easy for me. Plus doing the chat made it easy for me to understand and to look back whiteout having to ask for them to repeat themselves.
