      Midland credit management, *********************** called my employer in **** to verify my last four digits of my social security # and ask if I was an active employee. When I asked the nature or reason for the call, **** could not tell me who asked him to call for the verification or why. Currently I am not seeking any loans and told **** this. **** was very evasive and would not/could not offer any reason for the social security/employment verification, other than he was told to call my employer. The call seems very odd and I want to know 1. how they got my employer's phone #? 2. How they got the last 4 digits of my social security # 3. What was the purpose of the verification? Thank you

      ******, was very professional and worked with me in a polite and professional manner. It's a good thing to have customer service reps such as ****** P, he didn't treat me like I was just a number for his work file, like so many companies have the reps who are only concerned with the number of cases they do per day. He was very helpful and worked with me and eased my mind. Thank you ******.

      I am trying to clear up all my debt, and this wonderful woman, *********************** stayed on chat with me for 1/2 an hour helping me and setting up a specific payment arrangement for our budget.       I needed to update payment account info. I had trouble completing the transaction on my own. The chat representative was nice and helped me get it updated. It so happened I was at work and he was patient while I got back to him to handle the transaction.
