      My debt is my issue so I cannot be mad at the situation. Not sure if I can give out the employee's name however his initials are K.S he was very helpful. I appreciate the good customer service.

      The chat agent was very kind and helpful. He talked me through payment options and suggested bi-weekly payments so my payments are smaller and easier to handle. Everything went smoothly and I'm glad they were willing to work with my income limitations and help me work on getting my account resolved.

      Very easy to work with. Being able to work with an account specialist over secure chat to resolve my issue made it much less daunting to deal with than trying to have a phone conversation. The agent who assisted me was knowledgeable and courteous.

      i got a letter saying we could settle in one final payment but hey, life happens, right? *************************** (? possibly ********) was of great help and assisted me in doing technically the opposite, instead, breaking it up into two payments over the next two months. im still paying the same, but this helps balance my budget so well. Kevins typing (i used chat) was easy to read and understand, and his flexibility made it easier for *me* - especially to make my other due payments, even though they arent with MCM.

      Midland Credit Management has continued to contact my place of employee to garnish my wages for a debt I was not informed of and collect the same wages twice.

      I would have loved to have settle for much less in my accounts, but honestly, I'm fully responsible for my actions in the past and need to accept those mistakes. I making the remedies now and honestly the staff has been patient with my situation Including the online Chat Staff.
