      I was nervous trying to think of a time of calling as it's one of my least favorite things, but I was surprised to find out I can chat live with a specialist. The process was quick, easy, and they were very understanding and willing to work with me.

      ***** was great. I had a notice come in the mail and I thought the payment plan was some how messed up or payments were not going through. Everything was checked and verified as being on track. Thank you.

      Maybe they go about business wrong. They called me about a debt I owed. I told them I need about an hour, that I was busy driving at the moment. They told me i had to make a payment now online or over the phone to keep from the case escalating to going to court. Then proceeded to say "We are not threatening you, but if a payment is not made now, then we will have to go to court." To me, that sounded like they were trying to scare me into making a payment to something fraudulent. So I told him to do what he has to do and hung up. I keep getting calls from them. So I looked up on the BBB website to see if they are a legit company. It says they are, but work like they are scammers. I kindly refuse to work with them now over that situation.

      ***** ******* was amazing, he took the time to discuss in detail all of my accounts , set up a payment plan that suited my needs. Was extremely patient and understanding with me. I really appreciate his attention to detail and compassion towards my situation and turning it around into a positive experience. The world needs more people like *****. So ***** kudos for you I know it wasn't easy working with me as i was super stressed but you calmed me down and worked towards a positive outcome and helping me with my debt issues.       Wouldnt not provide documents that I had requested no legitimate contract between me and Midland and from the original debtor. Instead, they refused to give me documents and try to give me a therapy session about how good it would be to pay it off. All Im trying to do is find the legitimacy and legality of everything before I accept anything with them
