      I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from ****** ****** at Midland Credit Management. She was incredibly understanding of my financial situation and took the time to work with me to create a payment plan that is realistic and manageable. Thanks to her help, I feel confident and empowered to get my accounts paid off without added stress. ****** was patient, respectful, and truly professional a great example of compassionate customer service.       My overall experience to start with was not great. Lots of calls all day long, from multiple different numbers, contact calls. They were never rude, but the calls were unreal. I know I had this debt, from a past divorce, but I knew I had to make it right it time. The calls did not make me set my account up or pay this debt. The calls didn't tire me down to do this. I did this on my own. But in the end when I set my account up through online chat, the person was very helpful. At no time was there any negative comments, they were helpful to what payment plan I could afford. That's why I only gave 4 stars due to the endless calls. And yes I am a real person (saw this on other reviews)

      I'm pretty sure all the 5 stars reviews are BS, and aren't real customers of this company at all. ***************************************** has been the worst company I have ever had the trouble of dealing with. I was garnished wages and never served any documentation from the court or Midland. I had one days noticed per email, that I would be garnished. My fault I take full responsibility for losing my job and being unable to pay. I contact the company to attempt to lover the percent of garnishment as 25% , by Ohio law, who cripple my family. The agent was unwilling to work, unhelpful, unkind and ever asked that I take out a line of credit or get a loan. Which I did, someone helped me and after 1 garnishment, I paid the remaining balance. Midland refused to work with ADP or send them a release. My pay checks were garnished 2 more time. the Court attempted to contact, and they would not respond. The attorney of record did not respond to court emails. They send my employer a different amount, by 34 cents, that I had remaining on my bill even though their own website had the correct amount. Even though they aren't braking laws, midland is unethical, uncooperative, unwilling, and unkind. There is a reason they aren't BBB accredited. Unless I contacted the courts to hold additional checks they would have been a nightmare to continue to deal with. I read nothing but negatives about this company and they attempt to fill this review with BS. a 4.69 review, someone needs to review these responses. I would give a negative score if I could.
