    This company has scammed my insurance badly. Not only did it take them well over a month to do the work, it was done wrong and even their own manager who did the final walkthrough saw the horrible job and admitted he would not accept it. They offered to give me money to cover the poor work but I didnt take it since my insurance paid the bill. They then hit my insurance up for yet more money stating that they had other expenses. I would guarantee that they didnt mention the fact that they failed to do some of the work or how bad it looks. Do not hire this company. Horrible. And no communication. I wouldnt even give them one star but the site made me. The only part of the job that came out well was the flooring that was subcontracted out.

    *** took care of my parents during recent structure fire. Gave them guidance and a lot of resources. Walked them through every step and gave them resources to have a place to sleep that night (Happened at 1am). If you need someone to take care of you or your loved ones during an emergency, *** is the one to do it. Once the fire department left, family had no lights or anything, they gave them blankets, lights and everything they needed right there. Recovered some precious family photographs. Put them ** in a local hotel at no cost. Can not say enough about the program, really is assuring to have a a crew like board up looking out for you. Introduced us to Gabe at Belfor and everything has been smooth since. Appreciate everything they have done for our family.
