    Ive been a Lytx customer for 4 years and theyve gone done hill consistently. *** had some many issues with them and they have completely stopped responding to any of them. My assigned customer service rep ****** respond to my emails or phone calls at all. Ive had open trouble tickets that Im unable to get resolution or even an update on. My fleet reports are totally inaccurate for over a month but nothing in the way of communication to me. Only broken promises to get back to me. It took me 6 weeks to get a camera remounted on a windshield that was remounted in September but fell off again. So I had no use of the truck for 6 weeks through my entire peak season. I even emailed the company chairman ************************* and received no reply. The company use to have good people at the top that one had relationships with but those people are gone so now no one ever gets back to you or cares about the issues we deal with. And theyve automated much of their ordering and other processes so now they never have yo talk to their customers. **************** reps are terrible and have no accountability to customer service or satisfaction. Its a company in utter turmoil and I will cease being a customer as soon as Im able.

    Hands down one of the worst companies to get services from. Same complaints as others. No support. Cameras don't work you put in a work order and no support. Quick to establish a contract but once the contract is signed, good luck with customer support! I have tried calling many, MANY times and usually hang up after being on hold for over an hour. Our Lytx camera systems do not function properly and we have had an outstanding service ticket with multiple issues. I have a camera that was not working properly, took me 45 mins to have them tell me to try the trouble shooting manual. I then told them I have an extra camera can you guys take the defective one and put in the new one. their response was sure, put in a service ticket for it but you have to pay 300$ for the new installation... excuse me! what!! terrible!!! company all around.

    Same complaints as others. No support. Cameras don't work you put a work order and no support. If a cameras loosens a s**** and facing downward no replacement screws. Or if you need to move cameras to another vehicle cause you upgraded equipment; nope no support again to transfer the cameras over.

    Good technology but lousy customer service and fulfillment. We have about 50 cameras on contract with them and it's a huge headache dealing with their reps mistakes, from their engineers, level 3 reps and even managers.If your considering purchasing their cameras for your fleet their in cab verbal alerts and technology is amazing but be prepared to be on hold for long periods of time, headaches, empty manager promises, invoicing errors, shipment mistakes and character issues where no one takes responsibility and pushes you off to the next rep only to make more mistakes.
