    Ordered ****** Pixel 8 from the ****** Store. It was shipped through CEVA distribution center. When the package arrived it was clearly opened and relabeled. The package I received contained two packs of disposable wipes rather than the phone. It seems clear that the phone was removed and replaced with something of similar size and wt, then relabeled. This distribution Ctr seems to have multiple complaints

    I just received a invoice wanting payment, I have **NEVER** used this company, and do NOT owe any invoices at all.Explain why you are billing me, and what this bill is for.All communications MUST be made through the BBB, you are NOT to call me, nor email me.

    Ordered a table through Amazon, they've had it for 4 days and it is now past the delivery date. No response to any of the three communication attempts I've made. Seems like some sort of fraud or I don't know what but it is unacceptable. Cannot believe amazon trusts this company.

    On June 20th, 2023 my order was placed with ****** Home Improvement. On 6/22/2023 Ceva picked up the order for shipping. I have not received tracking up dates, when I reached out to Ceva for updates via email I was told they couldn't verify my information. Then on Wednesday July 5th, 2023 an employee from the Ceva warehouse in ** called me asking what I had ordered so that they could locate it in the warehouse. After a few minutes they called me again and asked if Friday July 7th would be okay. I told them that would be great. I still have not received my order and I have not received an update. I would like to know the status and condition of the order being shipped and when I can expect to receive my order.

    I purchased a patio set on Jun 11 2023 from BJ that was scheduled delivery for June 14, 2023. I received emails and text to prepare for delivery. Day of delivery came and went, no delivery. I called CEVA. The customer service person said it wasn't being delivered while the tracking shows delivered. I was given the tracking number via email and called a number for times, they never picked up. A recording said it was because of high call volume. I took a day off to be there for the package since they insist on "someone need to be home to sign for the package" . Shipment never came. No call. after multi calls and hours of trying to reach out to them, finally I was able to speak to two customer service ( ****************************** and I was told the item is damaged and will be returned to BJ. This morning I received an odd email that the package is delivered to my address, which was a complete lie! l called BJ and CEVA and was assured someone would call. No one did! I have yet to be able to make a verified delivery date with CEVA Logistics to make the delivery. I have spoken to 3 different people at the company and each tell me they will work on my issue and get to the bottom of it but none can tell me where my actual merchandise is. I have also contacted BJ's multiple times and they are not any help either. This shipping company failed to deliver my order on multiple occasions! I had to schedule the delivery and take off work. The item did not arrive. I scheduled a different date and again took off work. The item again did not arrive! I have submitted claims, called, and emailed. No response!! This is fraud. This company should be shut down to protect the consumers.

    Ordered an Elliptical through BJ's ************** 7 weeks ago. I have yet to be able to make a verified delivery date with CEVA Logistics to make the delivery. I have spoken to 3 different people at the company and each tell me they will work on my issue and get to the bottom of it but none can tell me where my actual merchandise is. I have also contacted BJ's multiple times and they are not any help either. It is no wonder that CEVA Logistics is rated "F": by the BBB. My only question is why does **'s continue to use them as this experience has cost **'s a customer going forward.

    We ordered a bar back in Dec. We were told ceva logistics would have it to us on Jan 23. That came and went. It wasn't until I reached out that they scheduled the delivery. They were supposed to be here Jan 24th but never showed. I emailed again and the guy called me saying they canceled all deliveries until the next day. He promised *** 25th between 11 and 2 and that he would call. He never called. The truck showed up but my delivery was missing. I emailed them again and have been getting "Please allow 72 hours for a response" emails even though it's been over 72 hours. I have missed 3 days of work and had to pay the builders a no show for installation. I just want my appointment time confirmed and my delivery to arrive.

    I purchased a patio set in Dec 2022 from Amazon an scheduled delivery for Jan 4, 2023. I received emails and text to prepare for delivery. Day of delivery came and went, no delivery. I called CEVA. The customer service person said it wasn't being delivered on Jan 4th. (information I already n=knew). I was given the number for the *******************. I called multirole times, they never picked up. A recording said it was because of high call volume. Called customer service back. A supervisor said it was coming Jan 7th. The delay was due to a driver calling out. Shipment never came. No call. Delivery was set for Jan 9th. Again never came. No call. I talked to customer service several times. One agent told me it was delivered on the 7th. That was corrected. Asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told one would call me back. I called Amazon, they called CEVA and were assured someone would call. No one did. Finally spoke to a supervisor after I called on Jan 10th. He told me the merchandise was picked up by a carrier for delivery. I asked who? He did not know. So another 9am - 9pm delivery window. Doubt the merchandise will ever show. I plan to ask for a refund if it is not delivered today. Will not order from a company that uses CEVA for delivery again,

    Ordered a desk through Newegg on 10/22 to be delivered by CEVA. Never received the item, was unable to get ahold of CEVA. Ordered a replacement which also never was delivered, and now both are being reported as delivered. I made several phone calls to Ceva, and in all of them they told me conflicting information and continuously told me someone would contact me to set up a delivery. No one ever did. I am not out $2,500 because of this and I have nothing to show for it. **** needs to figure out where the items I ordered are and deliver them, or reconcile my issues with ****** as it is ****'S fault for losing the packages then reporting them delivered.

    Ordered furniture on 11/3.22 from ****** online. Ceva logistics set up a delivery date on 11/23/22. They never showed up, never called, and obviously had no intention of even contacting us to set up a new delivery date. I called that afternoon and they stated the product was not even in the State so they were unsure why the delivery was scheduled. They set up a new delivery date and time and big surprise, no furniture, no phone call, zero communication! Again, I called and they said, gee, we don't communicate with the local warehouse so we can't tell you why the delivery didn't happen! Today I have been on the phone all day trying to verify the order for tomorrow that they selected. Most of the time you can not reach anyone and when they do answer they pass you on to the local warehouse that never answers the phone! Now I am on hold with ****** who is trying to reach someone at this pathetically run company!
