    Ordered a dining table and chairs from Overstock on Oct. 19th. Order was shipped with Ceva and shows delivery was made on Oct. 27th, It was not. Per overstock merchandise was found on loading dock and would be delivered within a couple of days. Still not delivered, still no contact, company never answers their phone. Not sure if or when I will get my merchandise and Oversock is only slightly more helpful than Ceva considering this matter.

    Had bought a ** from MDG an they sent the ** to ceva to ship to me because it's a 86in ** Oct 4th an still haven't got it an no one answer the phone or nothing an I paid for the ** so need it

    I ordered a dining room table online, the company used Ceva logistics to deliver it. They had me set an appt up for delivery which involved me taking the afternoon off work, losing money and waiting for them to show. They never showed. No one called, apparently they were "busy and overloaded" and couldn't tell me when it would arrive. Two different people promised to call back and get resolution, none of that happened. Do not know where my table is or when it will be delivered. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and was supposed to be delivered in time for a dinner. Now we have no table as we gave away the other (once they had me set an appt date for delivery). Cannot get anyone to answer the phone, give me any resolution or plan as to when my table will be delivered.

    We purchased two large rugs from Amazon. They were supposed to be delivered by 10/13/2022 to 10/19/2022. They were not so we had to call Amazon and ***************** got involved. CEVA kept promising delivery but di not until today 11/01/2022 but only delivered one rug in damaged packaging and the carpet now cannot be used because of being dirty. The second rug is still missing an accounted for. CEVA is horrible company and not responsive. Their phones are disconnected and they do not call back. I will file a **************************** complaint. Stay away from them.

    This shipping company has failed to deliver my order on multiple occasions! I had to schedule the delivery and take off work. The item did not arrive. I scheduled a different date and again took off work. The item again did not arrive! I have submitted claims, called, and emailed. No response!! This is fraud. This company should be shut down to protect other consumers.

    I bought a bookshelf from Overstock that cost $2800. The bookshelf shipped using Ceva on 10/6/2022. Ceva scheduled the delivery for 10/10/2022. I took off work to ensure I was home. They never showed. Never called. Never updated me. I used the automated service to try to reschedule the delivery two more times. They again never showed up during any of these delivery windows. I have reached out to them by phone, email, and on social media. No one responds. I have zero updates on when or if Im ever going to get my bookshelf and I have no way of contacting the company. I am shocked that overstock uses such a horrific company.

    I paid over $400 for furniture to be shipped. CEVA has consistently missed the delivery deadline, lied to me on the phone. Im still missing my order. This is unacceptable.

    I bought a TV from BJs wholesale which they shipped via CEVA logistics.It was shipped on 3rd Oct 2022 and should have been delivered within 5 days.BJs wholesale provided a CEVA trackign link which to this date shows tracking status "Your shipment is being prepared"When nothing happened for so long , I contacted CEVA via their online contact form and received a reply from them in a couple of days saying my real tracking number is "Updated Tracking # *********" and I should contact the local ****** CEVA office.This tracking number showed that the shipment arrived at ****** on 08-Oct- 2022 and there has been no update since. I called the ****** office on Tue Oct 11, they said they will deliver it on Wednesday between 8am-12pm.Then nothing happened on Wednesday and they were not picking up my calls on Wednesday.I emailed CEVA again that the local office was not responding and then got a call back from ****** office saying "We are unable to locate the shipment and will get in touch with you when we are able to find your shipment." Really this was their response , I'm still waiting for them to locate my shipment. I do not think they are going to ever locate my shipment , how can they loose it , it's a 55" Television set. They are the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with , I cannot understand how can good businesses like BJs wholesale work with them. They should be reprimanded by US consumer agencies for their corrupot practices. They do not deserve to be in business , period.

    -8/17/22 purchase date online order, Order #********* -8/26/22 delivery scheduled, unable to accept delivery was told by representative refund will be issued once merchandise arrives back at the Ceva Logistics Warehouse in ********** -9/1/22 called BJ's *********** Online Orders, they claim no merchandise and are unaware of where the ** is when CEVA is BJ's home delivery service -9/10/22 I went to the nearest ********* store in **********, **, the manager on that day called **'s member care, she was able to verify that the ** was in fact at the warehouse in ********** and asked why the customer "me" had not received the full refund amount yet -9/13/22 - Ceva Logistics representative named ****** confirms that the ** was shipped back to BJ's on 9/9/22 (1-844-215-0640)-9/13/22 - call Bjs' *********** Online orders speak to *********, states that I will receive my refund in 3-5 business days, since the item was not delivered and could not be delivered the customer never taking possession of the item. Agent escalated to ******************* Case #******* and would contact me in 3-5 business days to verify my refund of $538.41 -9/14/22 spoke with ***** explained that the ** was received per CEVA tracking information (tracking #BJB0044303) escalated the case Conf #*******, ********* stated that ****** would follow up and call me in an hour to provide me with updates - never received a call or email -9/15/22 call **'s *********** online orders spoke to ****** who was extremely rude and kept being nasty and said he would "try" to help me but that I needed proof of the ** returned to CEVA and BJ's.-9/15/22 hung up on ****** called back and spoke with ***************'s *********** online orders claims no information on the ** received by **'s even though tracking by **** states it was delivered back to BJ's on 9/13/22.THIS IS FRAUD and it seems that **'s Online Orders does this a lot and lies to customers and gives them the run around and it is a stall tactic on their part.

    I placed an order for a four piece patio set with ****** online. ****** contracted with Ceva Logistics to deliver the order. The order was placed on July 18. The original delivery was scheduled for July 29. No delivery occured. The delivery rescheduled on August 11. Again no delivery occured. Ceva is claiming that "it is illegal to deliver to my zip code". This is untrue as I received multiple other deliveries including furniture in the past month. Now when I call Ceva no one answers the phone and there is no messaging service.
