    Just horrible. Bought furniture through ******* Delivery scheduled for 8/9 between ****. Never showed and never called. Called and rescheduled to 8/16 same timeframe. Website said it is out for delivery. Called to verify. Lady said it was already canceled. I was in disbelief. No call again. I said Id still be waiting all day if I didnt call and she said probably. I reluctantly rescheduled for Saturday morning delivery with a smaller requested window of ****. No show and no call again!! Im canceling the furniture. Utterly pathetic service.

    The worst delivery company ever. Drives so rude. Package arrived damaged and even that he knew this he would not help to remove the damaged packaging to see if the goods are OK. He basically said he is not being paid for it and left.Do not use this company!!!In case Ceva checks these reviews my tracking number was AZN1309917

    This is the worst organization I have ever done business with! They continually told me my shipment was bring delivered. This went on for over a week. They said we changed the delivery appointment when we did not. Then they sent information saying they attempted delivery when they did not. Finally Amazon determined they had damaged the merchandise and refunded my purchase price. They are completely dishonest and it is impossible to get in touch with them. Do NOT ever use this company!

    Scheduled appt online on Aug 2,2022 . Called on evening of Aug 2,2022 to ensure appt had been setup. Was assured it was. Was informed they tried to call me several times with no answer. This is not true. No calls were received to either me or my husband.They didn't even have our contact number yet !Called several times on appt day to ensure it would be delivered during scheduled time and that phone number and address were correct. Was assured it was. Has not been delivered. No contact from company. Have kept my phone close all day waiting on call. Called again and was assured it was in truck to be delivered today. It is 8:53pm and it has not been delivered. Time was 11 am to 3pm. My husband has been at home all day waiting, missing work to be here. I am very unpleased with the lack of professionalism. I'm going to refuse reschedule and Cancel my order the with the retailer. This company is a joke!

    There aren't enough words to describe this company. I bought a grill on May 18th to be delivered to my son out of state. Both my son and myself have contacted this "company" countless times and either they never answer the phone or they answer and immediately hang up. My son has scheduled the delivery and it has shown on their website, OUT FOR DELIVERY five times since July 4th. We consistently get a different excuse as to why they didn't show up. This last one was that they didn't have a driver to deliver onto the military base, the time before that the route didn't get put in correctly to the *** and the three before that, they claimed it was their system that didn't update correctly. As of today, they changed the date and it is showing out for delivery. I was able to get in touch with someone finally and they assured me it would be delivered. I have no doubt that I will need to get a refund and cancel the delivery and my son will be without his new grill. I will NEVER again buy from a company who uses CEVA.

    Ive never had to contact a shipping company for an Amazon purchase before I dont know how this company is allowed to exist! They claimed the package was delivered 3x now without proof of delivery. I called in as it was 4 days late, and 10 days without tracking details. They hung up on me, and updated the tracking on Amazon to say it was delivered the day before!! Shady AF. I then called again, and the person couldnt locate the package in their system and said they would call me back. I then received no correspondence, and it looks like there is no end in sight.

    Beyond horrible. I was supposed to get a grill from BJ's. Was supposed to be a 3-5 day delivery. I called them 4 times in almost a month and they kept giving me the run around. Finally, they admitted the package is lost. Now I'm out a grill and BJ's is out of stock. So, they really screwed me.
