    I would give a negative star if I could. This is the worst delivery company I have ever seen. The sent me a text saying that the delivery was made. But it wasn't. No one answers the phone when you call. I was on hold for over 2 hours and no answer. I cancelled my order and if you are smart don't ever use this joke of a company.

    Do not use this logistic company. I have a shipment from order through ******* The item was shipped through CEVA. Item was picked up on 9/30 from ***** in transit to *****. 10/5 received automated system call to schedule delivery appointment.1st available delivery 10/6. We weren't available to accept delivery so we push it out to 10/7 between 9am to 1pm. Come to find out on 10/7 the item is no where to be found and no ETA. Horrible customer service from CEVA and wait time to call customer service is *****+. I would give less than 1 star if possible. Now my item is no where to be found and no ETA for delivery. 6+ days in transit from ***** to Socal.

    All the other reviews are spot on! This delivery never showed up or called to reschedule. **************** doesn't pick up the phone! Their website doesn't recognize their own tracking number after 14 days since pick-up! Will leave a review about them on Amazon!! A one star review is ****** generous! Zero or a negative number would be more accurate!

    WOW! And WOW !!! This company went above and beyond to get my shipment delivered to me . Shout out to ************** from the ***** ** office , ******* tracked my package and was oh so nice to deal with and **** delivered it after hours . I would recommend this company to anyone . Thank you Thank you !!!!!

    Ordered dining set from online company that I have used many times before with no problems. Contacted by CEVA Logistics to schedule delivery. Made arrangements to be present as requested..no show/no call no dining set. Called MULTIPLE numbers and got no answer, put on indefinite holds. Checked website and got same run around. No answers..I have no idea what to do next.DO NOT USE CEVA for any shipping.

    Driver on Misdion Gorge Road TODAY AT 2:15pm honked his huge horn because of a turning vehicle in front of me. He then gave me the finger. DANGEROUS DRIVER

    I had a similar experience to the others. Ordered from Amazon and Ceva is the delivery company and they updated my delivery apt but then were a no-show and no contact. Called Amazon and told them to stop Using this company. How does this happen? Who stays in business with this many complaints of the same issue??

    The other reviews are spot on. Horrible company. Not sure why Amazon / woot uses them. Schedule my delivery 4 times. Gave excuse after excuse. You can tell the dispatchers are dealing with the same upset customers as they are very rude. Please just dispatch the truck and deliver my items!!Woot / Amazon: Id gladly pay more to never have to deal with them again and you should feel ashamed for using them to ship anything

    I order patio set threw BJS and **** said it was delivered on 5/18/2022 at 2:33 pm via text never received it called them talk to the manger he said it could be still in there where house and then they said could have been delivered to the wrong address and waiting on that still nothing and now telling they did all they could do and I need call my bank and BJS I used my **** card and now I am out $918 went to small claims court put Ceva and BJS on it but the address on ****** for Ceva was wrong so only BJS was on the docket and I won by default still waiting on my payment

    They are the WORST company I have ever been forced to deal with. I cannot reach a person who knows where my fireplace is.. for over a month now. I get different stories every time I call. Three times I received emails saying they are going to be arriving the next day and to be present to sign for the delivery - I stay home and NOTHING. I call every day. No one can help me. I now have been on hold today for over 1 hour and ten minutes SO far.. still holding.. I dont know what to do.. I need this fireplace for heat this winter, and I live in the mountains. and its just sitting SOMEWHERE.. fully paid for. I WILL NEVER use them and will most likely have to cancel my order and go with out heat this winter. I wish I could make them as angry and ****** off as they have made me. How they can stay in business is RIDICULOUS
