      ON 09/06/2022 DUE TO CHRONIC PAIN I PURCHASED AN AUTOMATIC LIFT RECLINER ***** FOR $1,500.00.THIS LAST SUNDAY 10/30/2022 THE ***** BROKE DOWN IN NEED OF REPAIR. MONDAY I WENT DIRECTLY TO MOR FURNITURE AND SPOKE TO "*************************" WHO SOLD ME THE *****. HE TOLD **** TOLDM HE WOULD GET RIGHT ON IT AND SEND SOMEONE TO FIX IT THAT AFTERNOON. SO FAR NO ONE HAS COME OUT TO FIX IT. I BOUGHT THE ***** TO ELLIEVIATE CHRONIC JOINT CARE WHICH I'M BEING TREATED FOR BY A CERTIFIED PAIN SPECIALIST. ALL I HAVE AVAILABLE TO SIT ON IS MY WHEEL*****. I AM REQUESTING MOR FURNITURE TO FULLY RE EMBURSE ME SO I CAN USE THE PROCEEDS TO PURCHASE A HIGHER QUALITY ***** FROM A DIFFERENT FURNITURE STORE "LAZY BOY"

      Lead times managements is bad. One message says delivery within a week, while another can tell you its a month out.Text is said to be quicker by the representatives who sell you things but sometimes its not that great. Yet no one answers the phone.Sales final but they dont tell you that. It was one day old!

      The worst experience ever. I ordered bedroom set and mattress in late June. It was supposed to be delivered July 7th. I finally got the furniture on August 24th with the wrong box spring. I returned the box spring the next day to the **** house and the supervisor was so upset that there was a little scruff at the edge. He tried to lecture me how I should have used plastic bag to cover it in the future arrogantly. There will never be future purchase. By the way the delivery crew and the sales rep were nice.
