    I paid this business over $138 to deliver a bouquet of flowers and I get well soon gift basket the flowers made it but they gift basket did not. They told me that they couldnt ship it to a hospital so I provided a residence address. I followed up today as I still havent received it and now theyre stating that its not shipped to be delivered until Monday. I asked you get my money back to me as theres no phone number to reach them. I figured this would be the best bet.

    Thanks for assisting on this matter order 1158170.
    We have evidence from *** that the Gift Basket was delivered to the home address on Monday, February 20, 2023, and left at the "back door". 
    Additionally, we have a stall of folks working the phones most every day and our phone number is widely available, including on the order receipt and conformations.
    Thanks for your assistance with this.

    They were not delivered to where i originally requested due to false advertising on your website. If the website says it can be delivered to a hospital it should have been. With that being said YOU DID NOT CONTACT ME when it wasn't delivered I had to reach out and received a ******** message stating it could only be delivered to home when I ordered from a hospital gift website and no I had two orders and one showed up and my toddler could have made the flowers better then you. 

    Please refund my money.

    It has not been closed. I would like a refund from this business as the goods were one purchased under false pretenses and secondly not delivered per the initial email.
