The team arrived on time and worked efficiently, completing the job sooner than I expected without compromising on quality. They even went above and beyond by cleaning up thoroughly afterward, leaving no debris behind. The repair has held up perfectly, and my roof looks as good as new! When they originally came to sell me the new windows the saw and I asked if my window shutters or alarms system would be a problem and the assured me that it would nit be a problem. They installed the windows but damaged my shutters and cut off my alarm system. They want me to sign a completion form and I refused because the shutters and alarm system had not been fixed the started to fix the alarm system but still need three more windows to install the alarm system on. The shutters have been ordered but not installed. Again they wanted me to sign the completion form and I refused, I did tell them that if they paid the shutter company and finish installing the alarm system I would sign the completion form. There response was that they would send me to collections and put a lean on my house.Genesis Home Improvements

******** has had all new windows installed for over a month and has refused to pay her bill. ******** signed a contract and initialed the statement "work not to be none / not responsible for re-installation and / or reconnection of any alarm mechanisms as well as Re-installation and/or reconnection of window accessories. At our expense after a commitment to pay her bill we paid for and installed a new alarm system even though it was not contracted. ******* then refused to pay her bill, yelled at our team member, demanded her husband "shut up" and told us we needed to leave the home. We complied. Then ******* refused to take or return our calls. We have no choice but to enlist a 3rd party to resolve this situation. *******, return a phone call, meet your commitments, act like a partner and we would prefer to resolve this with you, however your refusal to engage is preventing this and leaving us no choice. ************ ********* homeowner partners - We pride ourselves on being solution oriented and problem solvers. They replaced our roof on January. I had meant to write this review then but things got in the way but what prompted me wud a recent home inspection and the compliments we got on our roof by our inspector who said we made a great choice. We are very happy and would recommend them to others. Joe was exceptional and so were his crew. Wonderful people. Thank youGenesis Home Improvements

This is not the best business, in my opinion. They're big on harassing when you refuse their service. They will continue to call you and even pop up at your home unannounced. I have asked this company several times not to call me and remove me from their contact list, and today, they popped up at my home asking me to do a credit check as if they did not get the memo. That is not the business I would hire or recommend to do any home improvements if they can't even follow instructions on not contacting me.Genesis Home Improvements

My name ****** my addressis is in Paradise hills *********. i contracted with Genesis to have my painted and i met Sales rep **************************** He explained the in depth process of the Coolwall process on my home. I am completely happy and satisfied with all the workers. The workers were on time and did exactly what they said would do. They covered the cars windows etc. The were efffective and efficient in doing their job. They started and completed the job in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them to others. They often asked me throughout the process if i had any concerns. Highly recommend them to all.Genesis Home Improvements

Genesis painted and remodeled my home with decorative foam crown moulding on the window trims. My windows are now leaking, and we are still waiting for Genesis to call us back! Other than the painting their work is shabby at best! They literlly have one guy doing all the work, instead of a team, who is supposed to know how to do all the different expertise of work! The cool wall is not all that either! Its kind of shiny and plasticky looking! We could have went to ********** and random hired workers who could have done the same job for a fraction of the price! Getting them to complete the work initially promised was grueling! We went with Genesis for the warranty, and now they dont even call back in an emergency! Dont be fooled by the by the friendly salesman who will promise you the world! We definitely feel duped!Genesis Home Improvements

This review is beneath the BBB standards. IT is full of misrepresentations by an individual who held payment hostage after demanding much additional uncontracted work. Painting customer complaining about leaking windows and going keyboard crazy posting multiple reviews disparaging an entire team of individuals who worked under over bearing, rude, demeaning, and passive aggressive customer behavior. ********************** has an excellent reputation. Genesis Home Improvements did more than my roof. They did my roof with me on their team. They walked me through the process from beginning to end and all in between. I was in constant contact with my project manager and kept in the loop on all decisions and suggestions. I felt really involved and that my opinion mattered.
