      I am being billed by *************************** for the past year Ive contacted them a minimum of 12 times and they never help. My insurance company paid them and they are still billing me and threatening with sending me to collections. This business should be shut down they are scammers. Im providing you proof of payment. I want them to clear my account and stop trying to **** me for services already covered by insurance.
