I was put in a examining room that was disgusting and filthy. The floor was filthy, metal items were corroded and *****. Nothing in this room was clean. How could this be a hospital room? I informed the nurse I did not want to be treated in this room, and said I was was leaving.

I was admitted to the *** for sepsis in May 2021. In the *** I had necrotic fingers and feet so I was not mobile, couldn't use my hands, and essentially helpless as much later my two feet and 8 of my fingers were amputated. After I regained consciousness in June a nurse took me to private room. She looked to be Filipino with dyed wavy long hair with blonde highlights. As the sun went down the west facing room was getting hot. I asked the nurse to turn on the *** She said she'd would but never did. I started coughing and asked for a throat lozenge or syrup or water. She said she didn't have anything. I asked her for water when I was thirsty. She left the room for several minutes but returned with nothing. This continued from approximately 4pm to 9pm. I awoke once with my hands tied with rope. Not tightly but still tied.As 9 pm rolled around and not having any food or water for nearly 6 hours, I was worried that this nurse meant to harm me. I asked her if I can speak to another nurse but she said that no one was available. Just when I started to panic, a CNA (bright red hair highlights) seemed to inadvertently appear to say hello to the unscrupulous nurse. I believe the CNA's name is ****. When I heard ****'s name I threatened to scream my head off if she did not help me out of the room. The foul nurse was caught and started wheeling me to another room, I complained that her neglectful abuse was illegal as several of her co-workers seemed to gather around while laughing like kindergartners. One heard me complaining about the foul nurse. He said "why don't we leave him in the supply closet". The foul nurse shook her head but as quiet.Although I appreciate the care I received from the other professionals in the ***, I have REPEATED nightmares of being held captive for 6 hours without my consent, food, water or access to a bathroom and then being threatened again for voicing my disgust about this woman's dangerous and pathological behavior.
