    I order the credit card protection card and was constantly told I'd get a "tracking number for my order. After never getting the tracking info I canceled my order and received an email verifying the cancelation and refund. After that I received the card AND was billed. I never opened the package and sent multiple emails requesting return info but never receive a response.

    My overall experience is below a rating of 1 star. I ordered 3 RFID cards from this company totalling about $20 each. Saw their add on an *** feed advertising the quality of the product and their company's positive reputation. After NEVER receiving the product, after numerous emails to the company, I have not received product nor been reimbursed. Terrible customer service and outright lies to customers. DO NOT order anything from this company.

    Ordered 3 starscopes. *** WHAT A RIPOFF. SHIPPED COD DUTY BUT CAME FROM ******. WORST PURCHASE EVER. PHONE NUMBER NOT IN SERVICE. EMAIL TO REFUND NEVER REPLIED FROM THEM. DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT BUT FROM THEM.

    I give this company NO stars, you have to pick one to submit the review. This company is a scam do not buy anything from them. I was interested in a product and wanted to see what the total price would be with shipping included. The only way to do that was to go thru the checkout process, up to submitting the order, to see a total. However, once you get into the checkout process and try to back out of it a message comes up and says if you continue to back out it will trigger a double order (not the exact wording). Basically making you go thru with the order. I purchace equipment, parts and supplies everyday in my work and have canceled orders many time without any problems, I thought I would be able to checkout and then contact them to cancel the order. I sent several emails to the email provided after check out to customer service requesting cancelation but got no reply. The website says 30 return policy. It also says you must return it to the address provided by customer service, and that will be at the bottom of the checkout page. There is no info there and I wasn't getting roped into that scam again. I found a "contact us" button on the site and it takes you to an error page stating an improper web address was given. So I guess I'm going to eat this ********** LEARNED!! TOTAL SCAM, The product I received was c*** as well.

    3 SafeCards were ordered 9FEB2025. After a month wait with no receipt or update, I contacted customer care. After multiple emails, they eventually canceled the order and credited my account on *********. Sadly, the same charge appeared on my card again. I am simply disputing the charge through my credit card company. I see this .com company has an F-Rating and a 1 of 5 review, so I'm probably not adding any new feedback on this company. Don't buy from them

    The reviews I read are accurate. I was charged $48.00 for a gadget that would keep your refrigerator smelling clean and I was charged for some charcoal filters. I ordered this on Nov. 29, 2024. I have received nothing!

    I ordered the BuzzBGone on 8/11/24. I tried to cancel the order TWICE via email. no reply on either email. I would like to have my money ($53.93) refunded or at least to hear back from this unreliable company. It doesn't seem like this is a place to order anything from. Buyers BEWARE!!!!

    I placed an order in early December and almost immediately cancelled it. The items hadn't even begun to be packed, let alone sent, at that point. Not only did they ignore my request, I received the items nearly a month later, and I have had no luck, either by phone or their online form, to get return instructions or a refund. This company is a major ripoff!!

    WHile searching their website for a product,Istarted the purchase of said product but after countless add on requests I terminated the order.No order # generated and no product shipped.My credit card was charged and I have had no success contacting this company Just want my money back Do not buy from Etsherahousewares.com
