Ordered the ***** blocking" safetrak plastic cards that supposedly keep credit cards from being accessed by RFID. This company snuck in charges on a purchase I made in Feb 2025. I never agreed to their charges or any services associated with these charges. I only agreed to the original cost of 3 RF cards, nothing more. So they added this unauthorized charge in unbeknownst to me and have continued to charge the ** every month since then. I have tried many times to get this straightened out with their service ***** who on April 25th agreed to refund charges and stop charging my card in the future -see copy of their email response below:************************************************************ Fri, Apr 25, 9:46AM to me:Dear **** *****,Thank you for providing the details of your purchase. I have reviewed the information regarding your order number ******** for the SafeCard units. Initial order was placed 1/29/2025 for 3 credit card protection sleeves for the total price of $59.98 charged to my ****** account. Order was cancelled on 2/17/2025 and confirmed via email on 2/18/2025 due to product being on back-order with no estimated shipping date. Refund was finally issued on 3/13/2025 to my ****** account only to be recharged on 3/18/2025 on the claim of a mistaken refund. I ordered their safe cards 3/8/25 and then I started to be charged *****. I have reached out to their support email address and they wouldn't resolved or tell me why I was being charged. I have the emails that I sent to them on file. The phone number that they provide on the credit card statement doesn't work when you call it all you get is a busy signal making it impossible to reach them. I paid ****** for ********. I ordered 2 sets. They where not what I thought they would be and I called savvy smart deals to see how I return the items and get a refund. They where delivered April 8 2025 and I returned them in a vanilla envelope with the return number that savvy deals gave me to put on the package along with there address. I sealed the envelope put stamps and dropped it in my out going mailbox. It's been a month and still no refund. I called on May 15 2025 r9 address the issue with my refund and now they won't refund because I don't have a tracking number they did not tell me I needed to send it back through ***** cos or that I needed to pay for a tracking number so it went through regular mail and I can't get a tracking number now. They have the returned product and are refusing to refund my money. Please see help me get this settled. They are keeping my money and now have the product returned to them. On January 24, 2025 I ordered 3 safe cards that are to protect credit cards. I paid $59.98 plus $4.99 which I'm not sure what that was for. It doesn't say on the receipt. I never received the product. I emailed them starting February 5 telling them I hadn't received it. I didn't hear anything from them. Feb. 11 I emailed again. Nothing. Feb. 25 I emailed again. I asked for a refund which they gave, but then on March 19, they charged my bank account again!!! I still had not received the product. March 19, at 9:44 Am they replied "they apologize for the inconvenience and they will escalate this issue to our billing department. That was from ***** ******. Then on the same day at 11:21 I received the exact same response from **** ******.March 20 I sent another email and again **** ****** replied with the exact same response. That same day, I received the same response from ***** ******.On March 27 I sent another email and then again on March 31. **** ****** again responded with the same exact email. March 31 I sent another email and **** ****** responded again with again the same exact email. On that same day ***** ***** gave me the same exact email. On April 11, I sent an email again telling them I will bring it to the BBB. ***** ****** responded with again the same email!!!All I want is a refund from this company. I made an online purchase of a product called SafeCardG2PACK3p, a means of protecting credit and debit cards from cyber theft. I paid for this product using my ****** account, and the money has been sent.When I tried to complete the order, I was unable to reach the checkout page without purchasing an additional product I did not want. I closed the order and telephoned Savvy Smart (twice).I conveyed the exact order number correctly (it was correctly read back to me), but the Savvy Smart contact would not cancel the order without having my full address and zip code. The customer service person claimed that it was impossible without the full shipping address information. I suspect that this company is not entirely honest, and I refused to give my full address to the two Savvy Smart contacts in customer servicel with whom I spoke. In the second conversation, I gave all the information but my house number, and still was not able to cancel the order. With the information they have, a refund to my ****** account should be possible.Thank you for your help.****** ******
