    I purchased the klean ears wax remover with ear tips. I received the items and tried to use but the wax remover item is too big for my ear canal. I have tried reaching out to the company with no resolve for a return/refund. The add said satisfaction guaranteed but they are not resolving my issue.

Unfortunately, if the product has been opened or used, were unable to process a refund.     This product is a SCAM!!!!!!! I tried to place an order with Kleanear for their earwax cleaner and they said my PayPal was denied so I tried a second time and their website did not complete my order. Minutes later I received two different emails confirming two different orders Of this product resulting in two charges of $47.71 each for a product I never actually ordered. They are JUNK,and I am not paying for them!!!!! They will not answer my multiple emails marke URGENT as they stated on the original email they sent. I canceled payment and need a return label to send them back. KLEANEAR IS A SCAMMER AND MANIPULATOR THAT SELLS JUNK PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have not received the product yet, but I'm complaining about the order practice. I tried to cancel the order almost immediately because they added extra charges ie.; gift shipping, expedited shipping, which I never requested. It added an extra $19.98 on the order. I sent an email to cancel the order as soon as I saw that, about 15 minutes later. They emailed back that they would respond but they never did. Instead they went ahead and charged me the full amount. I have received nothing. That was on Feb 1st, today's the 6th. So much for expedited shipping! I want to refuse the order when it arrives but I'm afraid I'll never get my money back.

    ******** My wife ordered from Klearears. She told me it was $37. They charged my debit card $79. I have tried to call them all day-not answering . Sent 3 e-mail messages. No response. We got a fraud alert from our bank. They can't do much. I froze her card but probably too late. How do I resolve this?

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Klean Ears. I placed an order in October 2022 for their advertised product, but it has never been delivered. What's worse is that they have continued to charge my credit card every month without providing any updates or responding to my emails.I reached out to their customer service multiple times, seeking a refund, but my attempts have been met with complete silence. It is evident that Klean Ears is engaged in fraudulent practices, and their current F rating on BBB is a testament to that.I urge everyone to be cautious when dealing with this company. They have shown a complete disregard for their customers' concerns and have failed to deliver on their promises. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss by avoiding Klean Ears altogether.

    Tips too large for most ear canals and flimsy product. Poor return policy because if you buy on promotional discount, which is what their offers start with, you cannot get your money back. They do this on purpose. Dont wast your money.

    1st of all the tips (that came with the tip from s very weak rubber & will not go into the ear canal..useless??The the box of extra tips are totally different than the ones that came in a case with the base tool. USELESS THIS PLACE IS A SCAM??DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$$$$$$
