    Order has never been received. **************** is a big joke. Order was placed over a month ago. They used postal to ship and tracking shows in transit. Company will not refund in full. Offer was for a 50% refund or when received 100% when they receive it back. I pay portage to return. This company should be banned to operate.

    The s**** on the end is too soft. It does not s**** into the ear canal sufficiently to remove softened ear wax, and does not work at all with hardened ear wax. Overall, I was unable to remove any earwax from my ears and my ears are clogged with earwax as per my physician.

    Rip off!!!!! Overcharged for "free gift" ad said act now for no shipping fees. I haven't received the product yet but reading the other reviews, I'm sure I won't be very happy. I'd give zero stars but as we all know you can't leave a review without one.

    I do apologize for the misunderstanding, Julie! The shipping is for the free product. With everything going on, shipping and handling costs are at an all-time high. We also keep our extra products in a separate warehouse then we keep our ear cleaner too, so the cost is extra even on top of that.

    They sales tactics are shifty. Typical bait and switch even online. Got triple charged shipping after accepting FREE gift. SCAM

    Hi *****, sorry you feel that way regarding our additional offers. You do have an option to reject or decline every additional offer so it will not be added to your cart. As for the free gift, with holiday season, shipping and handling costs are at an all-time high. We also keep our ************** in a separate warehouse then we keep our toilet cleaner too, so the cost is extra even on top of that.     This product is a rip off! Do not buy it because it doesn't work and it's cheaply made. They also charged me more than what my total should have been. This company needs to be shut down.
