      Shady business practices - bought a ***** trimmer but in very fine print they signed me up for a "Peak Hygiene Plan" that I did not choose nor want, and I had to take action myself to cancel before they started billing me. Buyer beware!!

      Shady business practice. Secretly adds unwanted product subscription into shopping cart from what was presumed a one time purchase. Just look at all the complaints. This practice needs to stop.

      I own 3 Manscape lawnmowers. All 3 shavers will NOT charge. I have 4 chargers that will not charge the devices so Im not sure if its the charging station or the devices. What am I supposed to do Manscaped, judging by the complaints on the BBB site, the responses from Manscape appear to be boilerplate responses automatically generated.

      I don't recommend this company. They use predatory marketing strategies to get you to buy on their website instead of Amazon or another 3rd party website and sign you up for subscription plans in the very small print. They make it nearly impossible to unsubscribe and won't issue a refund.

      I was shipped totally different products from my request as entered on the "Peak Hygiene Plan".It seems this company was clearing out unwanted inventory instead of fulfilling a customer's requested products. Beware of doing business with this corporation.

      SHADY BIZZ. I order a body loofa thing and the bundle with 2 cleaning products and heres my experience, order got shipped to another state so i emailed them & got blamed that i put the address in wrong (i clearly didnt) and they proceeded to send another one with no apology. Then it got sent to THE SAME WRONG STATE, anyways i told them i dont want any product anymore through email and they continued to say a weak a** apology and wanted to give me a tiny discount of 10%, and a account on there website and is sending another product without my permission outside from me telling them i wanted a refund and not the product at all so AFTER I TOLD THEM NO NO NO I WANT A REFUND in another 4 more lengthy emails. At this point im getting even more frustrated and then they finally sent me We are happy to issue a refund at this time. like what it took this much to get my refund ?? this isnt save a sale wednesday. i wish i couldve spent more and more money with them and get my ball trimmers but they just wanted to keep my little $35 in what world??? i know its not a lot of money. its the principle of respecting your customers or ex customers experience and their decisions of THEIR MONEY.

      Product is decent however DO NOT buy straight off the website as they may try and enroll you into a subscription service without your knowledge that you can not cancel on your own because it is hidden on their website.
