    Bought watch and it wouldn't keep a signal in the house which was pointless, sent for refund the ************ stopped answering emails about my refund. So far still haven't received my money back. Do not buy from this company!

    Purchased a watch last fall (2022) which did not work properly from the start. Would not save contacts, could not receive calls, did not accurately track my daughter basically was an expensive bracelet. They agreed after about a dozen emails to allow us to exchange it. Sent it back and got ghosted. No product, no refund. Complete scam.

    Watch broke due to their fault. They admitted fault. They wouldn't send a replacement kept on delaying and doing a runaround.
