1 starWe recently signed up for Lawn Love as pros. We used this company for about a week. We ran into multiple instances of misreported overgrowth and, as a result, the yards were misquoted and we didn't bring the right equipment. The first instance was a learning experience. The grass was longer than reported and the backyard should've been a clean up, not a mow. We were told not to take jobs like that moving forward and we can submit a long grass report. The second job was a two parter. We showed up to do the bushes and the lawn. The bushes we did, no problem. We submitted the work for that. The lawn was, once again, submitted incorrectly with the grass being reported as six inches and it was closer to a foot. We did not do it and submitted a long grass report as instructed. We were left a one star review. The third lawn was once again...you guessed it...submitted incorrectly. The backyard probably had 13 inches of grass and it was quoted with having six. We were told that since the lawn had been mowed within 30 days (22 days to be exact) we could not submit a long grass report and we just had to do it. So we tried. Due to a week of rain and 22 days of grass growth, our mower could not get through this grass even after weed eating as we brought our small mower anticipating 6 inches of grass. This customer also left us a one star review. Due to only having been on this app for a week and receiving multiple one star reviews after following the instructions we were given by support, they deactivated our account. They would also tell us one thing on the phone and then send us and email with a "summary" stating something completely different.Review fromDiana S

Disappointing Experience with Lawn Love Services Dear Lawn Love Customer Support Team,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Lawn Love. Unfortunately, I must address the issues that have arisen during my time as a customer.First and foremost, I must highlight that I have encountered numerous problems with the scheduling of services. On multiple occasions, my service appointment has been rescheduled without prior notice or explanation. This lack of reliability has not only inconvenienced me but has also resulted in additional charges due to the heightened state of my lawn upon each rescheduled visit. It is disappointing to see such inconsistencies in service delivery, especially when these issues could easily be avoided by adhering to the original appointment schedule.Additionally, I must emphasize the frustrating experience I had when attempting to cancel my subscription. After making numerous calls to your customer service line, I was placed on hold for an unacceptable duration of 23 minutes. This prolonged wait time only added to my disappointment and further solidified my decision to discontinue using Lawn Love *********** a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism, reliability, and efficiency from the services I choose to engage with. Regrettably, Lawn Love has failed to meet these expectations, leading to a significant decline in my satisfaction as a *********** light of these numerous issues, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be utilizing Lawn Love's services in the future. I trust that you will take this feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to enhance the overall customer experience for others.Thank you for your attention to this matter. My elderly dad got a quote but never asked to be signed up but they sent someone anyways. The guy came three days late and not even on the correct day that my dad wanted somebody to come, again didnt sign up just asked for a quote. Told the guy to leave and take us off the schedule but proceeded to come back two weeks later. Was on the phone for 45 minutes, telling the person over and over to take us off the schedule as he proceeded to try to sell me stuff. This company is absolute garbage and the people they send are sketchy.Lawn Love Lawn Care

You didnt follow the schedule provided and showed up late and days later. Equipment broke down. Therefore you assured me the work would be completed the next day and failed to call or show up and it my yard is still incomplete.Lawn Love Lawn Care

So I got on their app and as a pro so I'm the person that would be performing the work. The customer said to come out and do an evaluation. I accepted the job on love had paid me maximum amount of money and then they took the money back because they said I didn't perform any work, which there was no work to perform evaluation.. so I bet the people sitting behind the desk wanna be paid for the work that they do on the time that they use but yet us has pros because I went and did this estimate which was required in the app and had an amount to it they decide not to pay me because the customer said they went with a different company, but didn't know how to cancel it so I wasted my time my fuel and my energy to go do this estimate for a customer that didn't even know how to use the app and they take my money away. If anyone wants to get in on a class action lawsuit with me, please let me know as I will be starting a class action law.Lawn Love Lawn Care

PLEASE!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE WORTHLESS!!! THEY'RE "PROS" ARE WORTHLESS AS WELL AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LEFT BIG SWATHS OF MY LAWN UNMOWED WHEN THEY CAME BUT WORST OF ALL, THEY KEPT PUSHING MY MOW DATES UP & UP TILL MY GRASS WAS KNEE HIGH TO A GIRAFFE. THEY ARE AWFUL!!! 1 starDoo not use!!!! Lazy lawn care pros. First cut canceled do to the pros personal reasons second time out pro said they completed part of the work when none of the property was touched and they wanted to charge for incomplete services. Opted to just get a credit since instead of stalling my day to wait for pro to possibly come back out. Third times a charm pro shows up and spends 15mins doing an absolute s***** job extremely short grass around the perimeter and left the rest unevenly cut and patchy in some areas and other areas not touched at all. Called to have services canceled permanently because it took 3 times of them coming out to still not even receive 1 fully completed service. Instead of respecting the wishes of the customer to discontinue services after multiple request they offered for me to wait 2 more weeks to have someone come out to fix todays issue???? Sounds crazy right??? And I would still need to pay full price for the s***** service and then pay again when they come out to fix it and hope a different pro does a better job.Review fromTyrion H

1 starIf I can use 0 stars I would... I switched my debit card on file with a new one and they started charging both accounts for one service The card I removed isnt on file any more doesnt show when I log into the app so they are storing personal information people are attempting to delete.. once I found out they were charging both accounts I locked my cards so they couldnt charge it and when one account declined I was getting notifications they attempted to used my other account when I did not authorize them to I replaced my debit card and deleted the other how are you able to run my other information when it doesnt show up as an option on the app I reached out to let them know I didnt authorize them to run the account I removed they told me because my other account declined they ran the other I explained I dont care I removed my other account it should not be an option to even run its not right they are charging a card I removed my card declined because they are randomly running it multiple time on both accounts so I keep them locked now Do not use this company
