They are a scam. I was under the impression when I was paying the $550.00 a month that they were going to hold the money in an account for me to pay down the debt as they make agreements with my debtors. I noticed my debt was not going down and when I would call they would tell me they just have not come to agreements yet. After 10 months, I called again my rep was no longer working there so I spoke with another lady and she said they dont pay down the debt. So what were they planning on doing with the $5,500.00 I had already paid them. I cancelled and she told me there would be no refund. There should be a class action suit against this company. Looks like several people have gotten the same service as I had.

Provident solution its a scam they offer to contact the creditors and does not the only thing they do is when you are sued you are transferred to some negotiator who speaks to the attorneys and try to set up some payment arrangement with interest and extra fees thats charge on top of the debt that you owe I am expecting to be sued by all the credit card companies who I asked Provident Solutions to help me with Ive been sued by two already and Im sure More is coming because nothing was done The predators taken advantage of people who dont know Better

After 3 years, I am still upset with Provident Solutions - after 2 1/2 years. . I see that they continue their false narratives and how they $300 per month (minimum). 1. False claims to assist in credit resolution- or to help resolve a payment plan. We were instructed NOT to speak with any of the creditors that need their 2. Provident Solutions should be investigated for money fraud - they confiscated money clients w/o their knowledge account - which will "assist in creditor negotiations"That does not happen. Provident Solutions is preying of their clients and the true story they do to tell. I was not sent a legal agreement. But Provident continued to charge me $300 / month with no deliverables that "never happened" The only deliverable that I received is when **************** called me and said "We will no, and do not, work with Provident. Hence - Provident Solution mis-represented their activities - same thing two other clients, I was promised they would work with.3. Provident Solutions should repay all their clients that they did not reveal the truth. They apparently "prayed" on those that were in need. And fell for their non-true communication.4. Provident Solutions should be legally investigated for mis-approciation of funds - and all of the income that was generated to the sales reps and management. 5. Provident Solutions should be investigated for: 1) False advertising 2) Mis-allocation of funds 3) Providing all documents that "they have stated" were signed by their clients including any deliverable, time of contract and monthly documents delivered to the client ie. with a return receipt, as well. 6. Someone has the money - who? The new president? Legal investigation is suggested.

I am with deep worry as I was recently served by Maricopa County Court in regards to *********** for non-payment of my credit card balance. Completely to my surprise as I have been making payment to Provident Solution a company that mislead me into thinking they would resolve my credit card debt. Provident Solutions has been electronically withdrawing payments from August 25, 2020 to present attached are a few of my bank statements. I am following up with legal counsel immediately. I was advised to make a complaint with your office and the Better Business Bureau. I am a single senior citizen and it concerns me that I have made substantial payment to Provident Solutions. I implore you for any help you can provide me in exposing the fraudulent company that they are as this has caused a great deal of pain and sickness. Provident Solutions should be sued and made to pay back all these good people their money!!! I would not even give a one star ! but your site wont let me post unless I choose a star.

The client enrolled into the program on August 26, 2020. At that time the client signed an agreement and completed a Quality Control Call to ensure the client understood the services we render. During the quality control call the client was asked a series of questions, one of them being, Do you understand Provident Solutions is not a debt consolidation, debt settlement company or credit restoration company and that we are not attorneys nor are we attorney backed?, to which the client answered YES. The client was also asked, Do you understand Provident Solutions DOES NOT pay off your alleged creditors with the funds that you pay, rather those funds go directly to our fees?, again the client answered YES. The client was then sent a Welcome letter for them to read at their leisure. Over the following twenty six months we prepared and sent out 3 documents on accounts enrolled and the client was spoken to monthly. We did complete work on the clients account and its to our understanding that the client went to the bank and is trying to dispute payments they agreed to make. No refund can be calculated until the situation at the bank has been clarified. The situation is a direct result of the client trying to go back to the bank and take payments back so this has for obvious reasons delayed anything being accurately reviewed. We have tried to reach out to the client directly as well and no success, the client can reach out to us should she wish to speak to us directly. At this time the clients account is cancelled here.
