On 9/18/23 I hired Squabble to file small claims for me and I paid $303.00 to file and on 9/25/23 I received a email saying it was filed and accepted at the court so at the end of October I asked had they served the person they said no not until I get a court date they said court was backed up. I went to the small claims court office 11/6/23 and I asked if they had anything filed for me on 9/25/23 they checked the only thing they found was a case file back in **** so I file my case and I paid for my filing fees and I showed the ladies my phone with the emails from Squabble and they said that they never heard of them and never received any money or paperwork from them for me. I want my money refunded back to me these people are a scam and are taking people money please help me get my money back please I am retired and I need my money I was taken advantage of by a contractor and that's why I am going to small claims court.Initial Complaint

I paid Squabble to *** a company in small claims court. Squabble sent me a notice stating that I must appear in ************ court. Well when I got there, the court told me the hearing was virtual instead. So when I tried to contact Squabble to get a refund with their guarantee, It turns out that Squabble doesnt have any customer service. You cant call them, you cant email them, you cant call them. It doesnt even seem like a legitimate company. I want my $250 from Squabble back! Email me to send me my refund, or Im taking this to small claims court.. *************************Initial Complaint

On 9/11/2023 I contacted Squabbles online for filing on my behalf a small claim in ** Superior Court. I was charged and paid $300.Squabbles to review my case and upon completion of triple review will file the case on 9/14/2023,the date passed w/out case being filed. I was alarm of too many questions and reasons for non-filing of my case, so I consulted the records of BBB which showed negative reports but still I gave Squabbles additional one day up to 9/15/2023. I asked for refund but no response.Business Response

Used their service on June 28th **************************************************************************** ********, This is what the invoice stated:Squabble Service Fee + Court and Service Fee 1 $270.00 .It is now August 8th and there has been NO PROGRESS whatsoever in my case. I hired squabble to help with a case. they attempted process service and didn't serve. Since I have emailed squabble multiple times, they do not reply at all. There is zero customer service, and i will end up losing my case without service done. This company is a FRAUDInitial Complaint

May 17th, 2023 I would like this business to return my money since no service has been provided.They promised to help me file a case to collect **** from another business that damage my passport and refused to refund me money paid for service. I was told that they will do all the filing and all necessary legal proceeding for me, but since they took the money, they have ghosted me and never since touched my case anymore. they took unauthorized money from my account by saving my credit card information on their system. Paid to have Squabble file a small claims court case after an auto accident. I filled out all the paperwork as per their request and sent to them. They said it was filed, see documents, and per the clerk of court I have no filings or paperwork send to the court. I have tried many times to communicate with them with no response. SquabbleApp incorrectly filed my case with the ***************** Court. They:- Filed with the incorrect court - *********, should have been *************** - Omitted business address in filing Due to the above circumstances, I was required to go to the court in person and re-file my case against plaintiff. They fulfilled none of the service I contracted with them to complete. Further, I wouldn't have known that the case was never initiated if I hadn't followed up with SquabbleApp directly.
